To offer another perspective on some peoples bad experiences consider the fact that schwab has like a million different products and things to know. The people working there for 5 years may only know 10,000, the people 10 years 100,000 and 25 years 1,000,000. While the woman who helped me did not know the exact answer to my question she was able to look up the answer and find it for me which to me is just as valuable as knowing it by heart.”
