Unless you go early this gym is constantly packed. I wished to cancel and it took me calling my bank and credit card company and ordering stop payment to get this scum gym to stop charging me.

It is not a gym "for you." After less than half a year of experience I faced only hostility and a highly discriminative attitude toward me. As a woman after forty and a migrant I would not recommend this location for anyone who is not a man or has no or little experience in physical activity. Firstly, because there is some opportunity that you should be bullied. Secondly, you will just lose your time: the program is primitive and the trainers are low experienced. In addition, they hardly ever clean up in this club: only walking around to pretend that they clean up. The same dust, trash and hair balls in the corners are scattered around for weeks. The bigger complaint I will send to District Manager.

The staff is friendly but my biggest complaint is the delay with getting equipment repaired. Typically, the repairs may take upwards of 3 or 4 weeks. For equipment with multiple units its an inconvenience. But, it is the only one, then that's a disruption to one's workout plan.Second complaint, it the loudness of the music. It can be especially annoying in the restrooms.

DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE.My sister was a member and decided to cancel prior to the one year agreement. She was aware of the $50 penalty since she got an e-mail stating that, yet they charged $60 [we went to the gym and the customer representative, who supposedly was going to help, us was unable to explain why]. The e-mail she received to cancel her membership did not say anything about paying an additional month; yet she got an e-mail saying that she owed another month plus late fees even though her account was on auto pay and she was not aware that they charge for an extra month [again the representative was unable to help us or explain the reason]. Prior to that, she tried to call their billing department [3rd party vendor] and there was no answer. We requested to the customer representative an e-mail to reach out to give feedback and he said they do not have any e-mail; thus, it is clear they do not care about gathering information to improve the customer's experience. More importantly, the person who helped us could not provide a printout statement confirming the account was closed and was unsure if this was the end of it. Very concerning. This gym smells like the machines and sweat. The customer service is extremely inexperienced. I would suggest for you to look for another gym. I know I will.

My wife and I recently joined Fitness 19 as part of the Silver Sneakers program, and have enjoyed it very much! We were helped by Andrea, who quickly processed our registration. We're always impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and equipment is always in working order. Staff and members are very courteous and helpful.

Front desk was really welcoming and professional. Walked in at around 4pm on a Monday and got a day pass. The gym was clean and had all the equipment one needs to stay and get healthy. Amazing

I've never been to a gym where the staff is such great people. The gym manager is a great person all around he's always ready to help he will always make himself available when need be. Friday I had the hardest time getting through my workout due to personal reasons and I had to step out for a bit after me stepping out to gather myself I had a staff member come to my car to check on me I had another staff member text me to check on me. All I'm saying is that this group is not only great at training they are great individuals that care about the customer well being and I appreciate that. This gym has been nothing but a great gym to workout at. Thanks fitness19 Dublin

I've been attending this gym for a few months now and have had good experiences. I mostly come for the yoga classes on Monday and Wednesday, from 530-630 taught by Niveditha. She is a phenomenal yoga instructor. Great for all levels and different abled bodies, as she provides modifications for ease and challenges in many of the poses. I love how she connects the rhythm of the flow and has a focus on the chakra's. It's a great workout! The only thing I'd suggest regarding the class is that they allow time in between classes. There's another class followed after our yoga class, to where our time gets cut short by 5 or so minutes. The other group of people come in rather quickly while everyone gets up and rolls up their mat. I feel like having the next class be taught at 645 would be a better way than rushing out, and since many of us take our socks and shoes off on the mat.I also wish they would include paper towels in their bathroom (that are predominantly clean), considering the amount of germs that are increased on hands when using hand dryers. I know people want dry hands leaving the bathroom for using equipment and what not, but dryers aren't sanitary.

Cancelling a membership is next to impossible. The process is confusing and lengthy and the customer service hotline is incompetent and don’t sometimes don’t even process transactions. I was charged multiple times for late fees due to incompetent customer service reps who didn’t process my transactions. Just choose 24hr fitness instead

Seriously, turn the damn music down. Not everyone wants to listen to the gym blasting music. I have headphones and even with my music blasting I can hear the gyms music. Everyone gets in the zone their own way and making it to where no one can enjoy their own music with their headphones sucks. Not to mention so many machines have been out of commission for the past 3 weeks. Considering cancelling, because what's the point. I hear 24 calling my name again:

Nice, clean and spacious Gym. There are always machines available when I go in the mornings and on weekends. I like the open layout and really love that the back grass area is tucked in the back of the gym. Gives you a little privacy when you're trying to do some wonky moves. Would recommend!

Since I have multi-gym Fitness 19 gym membership, I come here when it's on the way home to Pleasanton. I signed up in Pleasanton years ago and just continue to renew. It's great bang for your buck and the equipment is always clean and operating. This gym is a bit smaller than the gym in Pleasanton, but I like that when I run on the treadmills, there's a mirror right in front of me so I can check my running and watch in the tv in the mirror. There are hydromassage chairs and clean restrooms/changing rooms/lockers. There is no astro turf at this site, but in the back, there are yoga mats available to stretch after a run. Forgot to mention that this gym is located in the same shopping plaza as Daiso and 99 Ranch Market, so if you need to do any grocery shopping after, it's super convenient!
