Faced with very uncaring staff at the counter who seemed like they couldn’t care less about our dog who had a wound .
My dog has been going there since he was a baby and now I am changing our vet .
Very busy and unavailable vets .
Don’t bother taking your dog there

We had such a heartbreaking experience here. My mother and I had taken our dog Louie here for years where his care included vaccinations and flea-and-tick collars. He had some difficulties urinating, which the doctors misdiagnosed as being something related to the kidneys. We urged them to do more tests, which the eventually did and found out that he had stage-4 prostate cancer. We were devastated. He was only 7 years old. My mother tried to follow up with them on a plan to treat the disease, but she got an email from Dr. Tripi -I still have that email- saying that they can't treat Louie anymore because it seems like we lost confidence in Four Paws Veterinary Clinic. My mother's jaw dropped after reading that email, as there was never an discussion about a "loss of confidence" and that it seemed like they just didn't wanna do anything to help him.
She tried to reason with Tripi, but Tripi said "Do you know how many veterinarians have committed suicide during the pandemic?" We were hurt and disgusted by such an odd response. Louie died several months later. My mother didn't handle his death well, and she died months later. I wanna say that this clinic earns a hefty profit on vaccinations and other nonsense, but they won't actually be there for your animals when needed.

Doc was very rude, unpleasant and bad behavior. Our little one was diagnosis with cancer, we had booked an appointment to operate. On the day of operation, we had few questions like hey doc, we see cancer glands appeared at two other places and what do you suggest., his response was you do not tell me what you want, I will tell you what I wanted to tell., completely absurd ., and that’s it- he said I’m not going to operate and asked us to get out., This is completely inhuman and unacceptable., People pls watch out

The doctor was rude and , he even talked back to my daughter. This guy does not like animals. All he wants to do is sedate them, drug them up and kill them. Read the reviews he's actually done this before.

I switched to Four Paws after moving and have had a wonderful experience there! First, I acquired a new kitten and needed her spayed and microchipped. Her incision was so tiny and she acted like nothing happened! The price was very reasonable and they discharged her with everything necessary for recovery (cone, instructions and pain meds). I just took my other 4 pets there today for their annual exams and received such wonderful and attentive care from Dr. Keri and all the staff! She spent time going over each pets history in great detail and made individualized care plans based on their needs. Their prescription ordering program is so easy and they approved them almost instantly. It’s a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere and they truly have your pets best interest at heart!

We had our first visit today. The staff are just lovely. So welcoming. I think intricately every dog he or she is the cutest, but I choose to believe mine is and they agree. They don't push services and are open about pricing. Great communication through the website and messaging. We will be back. Thanks for taking care of Peanut!

Don't go this place!!!! They are so rude and careless to your pets. I've been here for more than 1 year by a friend's recommendation. Their service was overall just so so, but at least their front desk people was friendly to my dog one year ago...However, the friendly people in Four Paws are all gone....Last time they unilaterally cancelled my appointment for my dog because we arrived late for 12mins!!! I explained I was very busy and I'd like to wait, but their people still asked me to go with bad attitude. I hope one day their owner will see my review and make some progress on their service. I told their manager if you want to execute 10 mins late policy extreme strictly you have to tell your clients when they make appointment. If you didn't mention that you CAN NOT cancel our appointment unilaterally.

Vets are really good but the front desk is kind of rude and has so much attitude. I called them a month back to schedule an appointment but on the day of appointment I was late by 5-10 mins and they cancelled my appointment. Since that day I have been calling and trying to get added to cancellation list every day morning but haven’t got call back yet. And I have been explaining my dog's issue every day and they were like, you should have known, and kind of putting the blame on me when I called the vet to get help! Very unprofessional!
