I had the best experience today. Christian helped me initially and provided me with helpful info on purchasing my very first set of golf clubs. Frank stepped in because he saw I was in need of additional help and took the best care of me too. No one talked to me like I was some d*** woman trying to shop for clubs or asking the most basic questions. They both treated me so kindly and I would absolutely recommend shopping here!! So excited to get out on the course. Thank you so much Christian and Frank!!

This Golf Galaxy is the worst. The so called professional let my son hit for 30 minutes and then he wanted to charge us when there was no one else around. It was not a fitting, but he did not even think about trying to help us out at all. Customer service is the WORST. Go to Pleasant Hill. I will only buy from there.

I went into the Dublin location. I was the only person in the store other than employees. I walked up to the golf counter, the fitting room was open. I asked the person at the counter if I could make an appointment for a fitting. He told me to do it online. I stood at the counter and went online and discovered times were open all day. At that point the person told me they were under staffed and pretty busy. I looked around, still no one else in the store! At that point, fed up, I walked out of the store. I called Kepler's golf in Walnut Creek and got a fitting right away. So, I guess I'm trying to say this will be the last time I ever set foot in a Golf Galaxy!! Thanks for the service.....

old black worker there is super rude to customers. He seem like he is lacking intelligence. He cant do his tasks and starts picking on customer on their physical appearance. I recommend talking to old white male worker at golf galaxy. He knows what he is doing.

Outstanding services by the store managers Frank, Brad, and all their guys here. They're patient, helpful, and I see them always treat every customer with great respect. Not only they were willing to help me with exchanging the clubs that didn't work for me, those I got from another Golf Galaxy store, but also spent a great deal of time analyzing my swings and recommending me with clubs that would work best for me.

Huge shoutout to Frank who has helped me at various times. Was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Advised me on grip, shoe and club selection. He even went above and beyond to help repair/replace spikes on my golf shoes! What a great guy, he should manage all these stores! Thank you to the other guys as well who helped regrip all my clubs. Fast turnaround and great work.

I brought my grandson's broken 9 iron and 3 irons that the heads have separated in to be fixed. I can't believe the outstanding service I have had. The three gentlemen who have worked with me were Frank, Phil, and Terry. I have been treated like royalty by these gentlemen. They found the right shaft for the 9 iron; they fixed the heads on the irons and did so with graciousness and kindness. They were professional but delightful humorous with smiles and kindness. I don't normally praise a business like this, but this was beyond any expectation of customer service. Honestly, I think they should set up a business of training others how to serve customers. As an added note, the young lady at the check out counter was also outstanding. Even remembered my name. I can't remember any other business where I have been treated with such kindness. If I could give them a 10 I would. Its service like this that will bring me back for sales, for repairs, and even just to say hi.Thanks to a really great group.

Terrible experience... I've been there twice now and both times the workers there are extremely rude. Im looking at a driver I want to buy and one of the workers comes up to me and say are you gonna look all day or are you going to buy? I shrugged it off and asked to test out the driver, 2 mins into me trying out the driver he walks in the swing room and goes "wow who woulda thought you actually know how to swing". Extremely rude and disrespectful.

Mid-age male Black worker with bald hair is extremely rude to customers. I dont know why he is saying such comments to customers to make them feel unpleasant.

The staff at golf galaxy are rude old retired men that don't help you . They just sit in the back and talk to each other. The Asian man is helpful but the others are grumpy old men. They should stick these guys in a retirement home early. Golf knowledge is not there for sure .

Went in today to see phil for a club fitting and took a way a ton from this experience phil is very knowledgeable and no bs straight forward guy. It is always nice to meet someone whose word you can take for face value and someone who is helpful and willing to help you even if you are someone like me who isn't even sure what I needed help with I will definitely be back and referring friends and family.
