Great Hotel with great shower. Wifi was a bit slow, shower was awesome. Pillows weren't good, but the bed was good. Staff is friendly and breakfast is also great.

I stayed at Hyatt Place Dublin, CA for one night. I made reservations on the Hyatt website for two rooms. I had stayed there previously earlier in the fall and the stay was pleasant. It was my son's birthday weekend and I was surprising him with a quick trip to the Bay. I received my confirmation email with no problem. On the day of my stay, I received a welcome text and then later that day I received an email that said that my trip details had been changed. I called the number and was assured that both rooms were visible and that everything was fine. I called the hotel directly to confirm that my son's name was showing on his room and that my card information was on file, I was put on hold after 9 minutes the call was picked up and dropped. I called back and was asked to hold but did not I told her what had happened the last time, and she explained that she was checking in a soccer team and was alone at the desk. I told her that I just needed to verify my son's name was on the room so that he would not have any check-in problems she said that she looked and it wasn't (this was new news to me) but that she would add it. My son arrived with his girlfriend. I waited for some time until Rebecca came over and started to check him in. After some searching, she said that there was no reservation, he called me and put me on speaker and she was able to find it. I got off the phone and he called back a few minutes later. She said there was no card on file,(my son gave her his debit card to place a hold for both rooms) I explained to her that there was because a hold had already been placed on my card earlier that day by Hyatt. She also told me she only saw one room. I then explained to her that I had called and spoken to someone on the corporate line and that they had confirmed the two rooms and my son's name listed on one with my card as the payee. I also let her know that I had spoken to Christina earlier and that she had said she was going to put his name back on the reservation. She seemed to be confused and I asked to speak to a manager, she asked me to hold. By this point, I was beyond frustrated. They had run my son's card for a hold AND charged him for parking which they had not done to me one month before. Christina got on the phone, I reminded her of our conversation, and she said that she had not added his name. By this time my son had been in the Hyatt lobby for almost 1/2 hour trying to get checked in on his birthday weekend. I told her that I did not want him to have to accrue any charges or holds because even if it was just pending the bank would hold the funds for a few days and he would not have access to his money. She said that I could do a card authorization form and that she would send it right over. An hour or so later I received it and completed it but by that time it was too late, both my son and myself had held for the charges of both rooms. We had both wasted an inordinate amount of time trying to resolve what should have been a seamless and simple transaction. What was meant to be a celebratory weekend was dampened by these interactions at check-in and before arrival. The room was fine, and Hyatt's moderate-category hotel was acceptable. I put the do not disturb notice on the door to ward off housekeeping and still managed to receive a knock at the door that woke me up by housekeeping. I do not know why the door sign was ignored. I attempted to check out both rooms online to avoid interacting with anyone at the front desk again because I didn't want that morning ruined by more frustration. I received an error message that I had already checked out. I went to the front desk to see what was going on and the two women there did not seem to think it was that big a deal. I wanted to confirm that my folio was closed out. They assured me it was and I left. I am not returning. The only reason I am giving it two stars is because the room was okay.Walkability: This hotel is in the same parking lot as several fast-food eateries, a few restaurants, and Regal Theaters. Emer

I stayed at Hyatt Place Dublin, CA for one night. I made reservations on the Hyatt website for two rooms. I had stayed there previously earlier in the fall and the stay was pleasant so I thought this one would be as well. It was my son's birthday weekend and I was surprising him with a quick trip to the Bay. I received my confirmation email with no problem. When I clicked on my reservation details it only showed one room, in a panic I called the number and was assured that both rooms were visible and that everything was fine. My check-in was delayed by a family emergency but my son was going to get there before me so. I called the hotel directly to confirm that his name was showing on his room and that my card information was on file, Christina answered and asked if she could put me on hold. After 9 minutes on hold, the call was picked up and dropped. When my son arrived with his girlfriend, he saw Christina helping another customer and another staff member talking with a guest at the bar. After some time passed a guest behind him asked if he had been helped he told him "no". The guest went to look for a manager and they began to help him. My son continued to wait until Rebecca came over and started to check him in. Christina did indicate that people came in late or that she was understaffed. As a guest in your hotel, I don't need to know that and my stay should not be impacted by back-of-the-house concerns. The rooms are outdated and musty, the staff is unresponsive and unhelpful, and they charge $10 for parking in their own lot with plenty of room. I come to this area often for business and will never return to this property.

I wish I could give this hotel - 5 stars!! Where do I start? Let's start with towels that were dirty and had hair on them, then we can move on to the loud noise of the mini refrigerator in the room, and the disgusting marks on the wall in the rooms! Completely unacceptable. Lastly, housekeeping came barging in our room at 10:45 a.m. with no announcement!! Mark who is in charge today told us that it was our fault because we did not put out the do not disturb sign on the door. I was thinking are you completely crazy!!!! It's 10:45 am, nowhere close to check-out time which is noon. We will not be back, and I plan to take this complaint to the general manager on Monday. In my opinion, please take your money and spend it at any of the other fantastic hotels in the area.

My experience at this hotel was below par. It started right from checkin process where I booked a 2 beds in a room but when I arrived I was told sorry we only have a king bed in room. What is the purpose of RESERVATION than.#2. Hotel ran out of pillows. We had just3 pillows in room when I asked for more they told me we don’t have any spears anymore. Which hotel runs out of pillows.#3 Towels: we were there for 3 nights and told front desk that we want our towels to be changed daily. And not to my surprise we did not had any towels next day we had to call 4 times to get towels.#4 Clogged restroom, water continuously flooded restrooms and we had to call front desk. Many moreSo Yehh this is definitely not a 3 star hotel. If you have other option for it rather than easing your money and vacation here.

Nice place with descent service. The rooms still have the old style air conditioning on windows and thermostat is still located on the ACs. The elevator is slowest I’ve seen in recent years.

Always an enjoyable stay here. Breakfast is scaled back some but still a great option and included with your stay.

This hotel is a little older and ran down, I'm surprised at the lack of men who worked there. With no managers in-sight.From my observations: In the morning, there's a Filipino girl with the red lipstick who wears a tight black dress you can see her labia, she let old men flirt and gawk over her, it's very suspicious (seems like she's selling herself to the attention) she was even hugging on the kitchen woman suggesting women with women work, someone should investigate that. (The kitchen woman looked embarrassed and upset) At night another older Filipino woman was checking in people while on the phone chopping it up on loud speaker, speaking her language, it was unprofessional. The other front staff were very kind and apologized for the rude old Filipino woman on her phone. I appreciated they they noticed my disgust of how some workers performed. Especially that morning girl selling herself and pick up new "clients."The other night girls are the only reason this place gets three stars. As a globalist, I can only hope this isn't an underground place of suggestive work for extra pay.

This place charges you $10 a night for parking, but then doesn't provide enough permitted spaces and has you park in the surrounding free parking. Seems like a bit of a scam.

Title: A Disastrous Stay at Hyatt Place Dublin/PleasantonRating: 1/5I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Hyatt Place in Dublin/Pleasanton, and it was nothing short of a disaster. I expected a certain standard of service and comfort from a brand such as Hyatt but was met with the exact opposite. Upon arrival, the hotel seemed decent, but the issues started surfacing soon after. The room was not as clean as one would expect from a Hyatt hotel. The towels were stained, and the bathroom was in a less than satisfactory state. The promised amenities were either missing or in poor condition. However, what truly marred my experience was the lack of customer service. I raised my concerns to the Assistant General Manager, Mark Lepak, hoping for some resolution. However, my complaints fell on deaf ears. There was a lack of empathy and no willingness to rectify the situation. I was left feeling frustrated and ignored. The indifference shown by the management was shocking, to say the least. It's disheartening to see such a lack of professionalism and responsibility in a reputed establishment like Hyatt. In conclusion, my stay at Hyatt Place Dublin/Pleasanton was a horrible experience. The poor room conditions and the unresponsive management, particularly Mr. Lepak, left a bitter taste. I strongly advise against staying here until they make some serious changes in their customer service and hygiene standards.
