I went there to check new car. The first guy was super uninterested. He kept pushing that I should agree on price before even letting me test drive. All this was happening in the parking lot. Then I asked to see other person. A white/middle eastern person showed up. I complained that this is not professional and the other guy was rude. The second guy was soft spoken but didn't show any attention to my concern. He went inside to pickup keys but later the first guy showed up and said we don't want to show you the cars. I was almost ready that day to make a purchase. They don't want the business and extremely rude towards customers. I hope they shut down in months. Oh also, both people were rude and racially motivated. They laughed at me and my family when we got out of parking lot. I don't know how management is tolerating such sales people.

I took my car in for service yesterday and on the way home the dashboard lighted up that my tires were low In pressure. I thought that was not possible since I just got my car serviced. I called and the agent walked me through how to turn it off. Today I was driving to my doctor appointment. The same warning came on again. I called and left a message to the agent. I didn't hear from him. I thought I might have a nail in one of my tires so I measured all the tires. It turned out that the left 2 tires only had 10 and 20 pounds. I took my car back there and asked them to please make sure all the work I paid for were done properly and to see if my problem was nails in both of my left tires. They checked and there was no nail. The agent claimed the mechanic reviewed all the work. Everything was in order. Just like he put air in my tires. The agent didn't even apologize. I would not have written this review if he just apologized. I seldom write review. I'm not taking my car there again

It is definitely maintenance time for my vehicle. I'm here probably an hour to two hours but it's all good. Gotta get things done you know oh my God I wonder what the price is going to be when I'm done I'm screaming inside crying inside at least I get to get Starbucks coffee heywhile I wait, plus they have a snack machine with hot spicy beef, noodles, hot spicy shrimp noodles, hot and spicy chicken noodles. They also have beef jerky and some other goodies in there as well Red Bulls Dunkin' Donuts iced coffee you name it M&Ms. they also offer a hot tea and hot chocolate as well in the Starbucks Starbucks coffee machine 1111 I love it I love it I love it I love it I love it and my guy Mark is helping me today last time Albert help me and they were trying to get me in a 2023 Honda Accord hybrid and have me trade in my car but I'm like man I owe like two payments. I'm not doing that give me a break lol but I'm Here for my afternoon start the day after Thanksgiving. Hope everybody had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I went in for an oil change. When I arrived I parked my car at the express service lane and waited for a service rep to come out. Shout out to Josh for being professional and taking the time to answer all my questions. He was patient and very knowledgeable.Once the service was finished. I got a text with a link. The link had a video of the tech showing me my car and then breaking down what they recommended should be worked on and what was okay but should keep an eye on. Also in the link you get to select if you want to accept or decline the recommended services. Very user friendly.One thing I would recommend to change is to have an appointment system instead of just drop in. But other than that, I was pretty satisfied with the service.

I was in the market for a vehicle and after a lot of disappointments, I was able to purchase the perfect car for me! Thanks to the help for the service department I was able to find my new car!The sales associate, Manny, was so helpful and trustful that it made the whole experience a breeze. Definitely a breath of fresh air. From my experience, most salesmen don't care after your purchase but Manny was thoughtful enough to follow up and let me know that I have free oil changes available!

Great customer service is a dying trend now a days and we as customers have no choice but to just deal with it. Although, Albert in your Service Department who help us is proof that this is not so. We needed an oil change and a replacement part but we don’t have a clue what it’s called so he took a photo of the damaged area, find the parts for us and ordered it for us. While others could easily just point us to your parts department Albert. made sure that we are really taken care of. We got the parts the next day and got this installed in seconds. He just made us your customer for life. Thank you Albert for an amazing customer service experience.

Place an order online to purchase a motocompacto. False advertising online for $845 and proceed to cancel the order without making a notification to their customer. Called them and said they have their own wait list with 50+ people + bunch of BS.I Placed another order through a different local dealership, got an email right away saying it should be ready for pickup in Mid December. Don't waste your time with Dublin Honda. They are probably trying to create markups by saying it's limited and crap.

My car needed a knock sensor replacement. Honda is notorious for hiding the sensor in the most inaccessible location on the engine. The operation required special tools and preferably a small and dexterous hand. I spoke to the service representative, Albert Gonzales, on the phone the day before the service. Based on my diagnosis, he provided a quote for parts and labor which was more reasonable than other repair shops in the area. Albert was competent and courteous. The service was completed in far shorter time than I could have done myself. The price was exactly as quoted. No surprise. Problem fixed.

I recently had my car serviced at Dublin Honda, where I got an oil change ( new windshield wipers) and a regular checkup. Josh assisted me during the visit, and I must say, he was both knowledgeable and fast. What sets Dublin Honda apart is that they don't treat you like a typical pushy salesman, unlike my experiences in Concord. I was pleased with their service and professionalism.

Trying to oversell and gave me initial estimate of $1,700 which I reviewed and was able to bring it down to about $400. Also, no communication about car being ready to be picked up and was not able to connect with anyone when I called three times. Finally I just showed up at the dealership at about 5:00 (their close time) to pick up my card. The service agent did say he could not call because it was very busy day :). I thought it was funny but it is kind of service you get at many places these days.

Shane at Dublin Honda service center has helped me probably 10 times over the last few years and is always super friendly and professional. He's great at explaining things and reviewing service records, very kind and efficient. I always try to get him when my Hondas need service. I know I will be taken care of.

For this trip, I waited 5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This was AFTER I had a pre scheduled appointment. Even with an appointment they quoted 2-3 hours minimum wait. No one responded to the text I sent while waiting and I had to walk up to the advisor. You should check for open tickets to make sure waiting clients are serviced more timely …

The customer service was excellent! Shane went above and beyond to make sure everything went right with the service of my CRV and communicated every step of the way with professionalism, friendliness, and kindness. He was patient in explaining things. The time it took to have the service completed was great. I have been a customer for some time here, and recommend anyone to the service and sales department!
