Lowe's in Dublin used Keller Interiors to install carpet in an upstairs bedroom that clearly didn't match. I was downstairs. The installer told me after "yes, I noticed it didn't match" but didn't think to call me upstairs to look at it and just installed it anyway. This is after he called me upstairs to look at the padding, the wood floor, and the cables, so it's not like he didn't ask me to look at everything else. Yes, my fault for ordering what appears to be the wrong color. I offered to pay a restocking fee for my error but they said no they will not discount or allow me that - I would have to pay for the entire service all over again. $1k for one bedroom. Terrible terrible customer service and experience at Lowe's. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Terrible customer service. Not a pleasant experience at all. Yelp is making me type extra characters to submit this review. This store doesn't deserve my effort.

It's not so much you lose in Livermore that's the problem it's some of your customers that actually after shopping there they throw their weight around they run people off the road your cow hands you know what are giving your store a bad name and I don't care if you if you're going to allow that to happen it's not going to go well.

The plants here are awesome! They looked so healthy when we got them, and we snagged a Christmas tree on December 10th that was just bursting with life. The price of the tree was $70, but they had 25% off, so we had our luck! Can you believe it's already January 13th, and that tree still hasn't shed a single leaf? :-D This place is great, I love coming here. They have such a wide variety of plants and flowers, and they always have everything I need to take care of my own plants. Plus, the store is so well-organized, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful.

I live in Alameda, CA where our local big box store is "THE" Oakland Home Depot. Our other option is a local hardware store with friendly service, but prices are legitimately 35% higher for everything. I went to this Lowe's while a family member had a dentist appointment and all I can say is this place is like being on vacation. There are legitimately more employees than costumers on a Tuesday lunch hour. Everything is clean and organized. The main aisles are too narrow for a wood trolly though, but seriously anyone who's giving this place one star reviews don't understand how bad other places can be. Then again, sometimes it's those people who help keep places like this nice. So, you know, hard to say who's being fair or unfair. All I can say though, is just remember that you are lucky to be shopping at a place so nice while 40 minutes away you're in the Wild Wild West of hardware stores where they legit have lines of 20 people for one cash register since they got rid of self checkout. Or where I've had this unassuming middle aged person cut in front of me and three other customers without batting an eye even when I'm yelling ,"excuse me! Excuse me!" While employees and security are literally just watching and looking like I'm the crazy one. And they process her refund still before everyone else. Not to mention just running red lights out of the parking lot. Ask any employee there and they probably have a lifetime of stories after working there a month or so. Anyway, just once in a while count your blessing.

Rosa Sánchez (Rosie) 3 reviews·3 photos a minute ago NEW Lowe's have poor Customer Service, when you call the Appliance department they never answer. We purchased a washer and dryer and microwave oven on 12/3/23 and they just delivered the washer & dryer today 12/13/23 we paid for the kit to make them stackable and when it got here it had missing parts it only came with one rod and now we have to wait another week to get that replaced and installed. Now the microwave which we thought was easy to install they said we have to wait till the installer or a third party ( sub contractor) takes the job. But when we made the appointment at the Lowe's appliance department for the same date as the washer & dryer they said it was possible that someone would Call us back to set the appointment time and they never did . So now we don't know when that will be getting take care of . We miss Sears they were more dependable and they had their own service man doing repairs , Too bad they are close now Bummer!! We won't do business again with Lowe's they have you jumping through hoops and to top it off they give you the runaround to make up excuses for there horrible customer service. They should offer a compensation or discount to customer. That's the right thing to do it's their mistake not ours. I just hope we don't have any issues with our new units or we are going to be screwed.

Horrible customer service including management. I had been here few years ago and had bad experience and thought may be things have changed. I was there last night and there was item listed on sale on the shelf but didn't ring up correctly. Manager named Roko showed up and was very rude and said the whole department is mess and vendors placed the wrong item on sale. He told me that they will change the label now on the shelf and won't admit stores mistake. Basically he told me to ****up and left. I would not go back to that store again.

Terrible experience with this Lowe's. Was shopping and having a great day when all of a sudden an employee came up to me and started sifting through my cart and implying I couldn't afford what was in my cart. He then rudely grabbed my cart and forced me to checkout with another employee checking me out like I was not to be trusted. I expressed my anger but let the employee check me out, at the end I paid without hesitation and then proceeded to ask for a manager. I get there is theft and that this Lowe's is hit hard but that is not how you handle a situation and that is not how you treat customers. Will never return to this Lowe's again. Manager didn't do anything but say sorry and that he'd use it as a training exercise. He should have given me a discount or a gift card after that because I've never felt discriminated against but I did that day

This could be the worse customer service location ever. They weren't helpful, unfriendly, rude and worse of all make it seem like it's the customers fault. The customer service manager there is the worst too. I didn't get his name but I will and the only thing about him was that he's caucasian.

Review for Appliances. Came here after being completely fed up with the disaster that is Airport Appliance (Dublin). Lowes Dublin could not have been more different. The employee that helped us with our fridge was extremely efficient, and he made the transaction very quick and easy. Delivery was on-time.

Run, do not walk. I have never seen a more FUBAR situation than this place. Ordered windows and doors over 14 months ago. It took months to get the materials, and longer to schedule time. When the "contractor" finally showed to install the doors they drove finishing nails through the window frame. Fail #1. Okay, reorder new window frames. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait... New window frames finally installed. No stucco. We paid for these fools to redo the stucco before we could paint. I am very angry. I guess our next step is court. Suffice to say, I would never hire these idiots again. Would not consider these fools to change a lightbulb.

Good selection, but Lowe's consistently over charges for items that are on sale. They are really quick to advertise sales prices, but 2 of the last 3 times I shopped there, they didn't input the sales prices into the system. Too much of a pattern, and this means many people overpaid. They give attitude when you catch their mistakes

I honestly wish I could give this place no stars. The staff there are so rude and honestly lack common sense. Truly painful place. I rushed through the emergency exit to get the hell out.

SUPER BAD WORK AND LACK OF FOLLOW UP. I bought blinds almost $4000 however they did not install them correctly ,instead putting 4 brackets for each blind they put two, they left hand marks all over the walls,stepped on one of bliends, they made product impossible to use, but the biggest problem that low's management running away from me and not taking calls, there is no one to talk.
