We had a tough set up at our home that was over ten years old and in need of a real overhaul with some pretty complicated situations involved. Our first priority was a new TV and a new receiver and getting confirmation this team could do the work. Well, they can and not only can they do most anything you need, they do it with patience, lots of grace, a sense of humor, total dedication to perfection and without ripping you off.Once you start talking to the people who work here you will find that most of them have been there for over a decade and some of them have been there almost two decades and that's because they love what they do and it shows in every aspect of this process.We had an initial consultation which they credit back to you if you have the work done and then we made our choices with tons of guidance based on our budget and needs. The team came on the day of install and they were clean, professional, knowledgeable and just plain good guys. We had one little hiccup after they left and they immediately came back and fixed it.We started with Quincy in the store to pick out the TV and eventually started working with Alex for the entire set up and he sticks with you through everything until the very end, even follow ups. He's easy to get a hold of and responds directly. Lloyd came to do the once over for install and the guys who came to do the work were Desmond and Alan.I really can't recommend them enough and they made what we thought was going to be a difficult and hard experience something that we quite enjoyed and we are super happy with the end result. Here's hoping it lasts at least another ten years!

I live in Danville. Magnolia has been my one stop, go to center ,for all our family AV needs. They are the best. Their commitment to quality and customer support is unparalleled. They are prompt and proactive unlike others. They maintain high level of integrity. They always offer solutions that are inexpensive. In short, they are honest and sincere. Anytime I need them, they are a call away. Vasily is a great leader and an incredible manager. As a GM , he is extremely accessible. He is kind and extremely caring. Tamem, Aaron, Lloyd (Project manager) are some of the finest individuals/professionals, I have ever met. Alex too is a great guy. Extremely helpful. They have the best technicians in the country, who can fix anything like a magician . Thanks to Dave, Jeff and Jose. The team rocks. You guys are the best.

Needed to finally upgrade to a BluRay player, my husband is very sound system savvy and was delighted to have the help of Saul who really knew his product. He helped us plan out our home theater options and recommended what we might want to add next. My husband was impressed with his extensive knowledge of sound systems, we really enjoyed our buying experience at this Dublin Best Buy and will definitely return to purchase the sound bar and upgrade our TV. Thanks for getting it right!

Definitely recommend the Magnolia team for buying a new TV and sound system. I had the pleasure of working with Coby who was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable in helping me figure out which TV/sound bar to get based on quality and features. Coby went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide me with technical support even after installation, helping me fine tune all the settings! So happy with the results! It hurts me to write this review but I've been trying to get someone's attention at this location, I've sent emails with no response. I paid over $1600 for a new TV plus much more with accessories, etc. They were sure happy to sell to me, but when the product isn't working after 30 days which is past the standard warranty, no one will speak to me. I will escalate this as far as I can on every social media platform that I find. This is truly unacceptable customer service.

Coby @ Magnolia was SUPER helpful in guiding me through the process of finding the right projector for my specific use case/space. Given the fact that I intend to use the projector during the day, outside, Coby gave brand, spec, and feature recommendations. To top it off, Coby even said they'd help scope out the site/layout, and order hard to buy projectors and lenses. Seriously, I cannot express how empathetic, knowledgable, and flexible Coby was; I know that I'll always come to Magnolia for my current/future home theatre and sound needs.

Multiple times now I've gone into Magnolia and multiple times I've walked out completely happy with both my purchases as well as the advice I was given. The man who runs the show, Vasily, as well as one of his system designers, Sienna, have been incredibly knowledgeable, but more than that, HELPFUL while I navigated my way, (quite blindly, I might add,) through the oftentimes confusing and complicated world of high fidelity audio. I was never pressured into a sale, never pushed to items above the budget I gave, (although if a detail or perk I wanted wasn't offered on a model within my budget, I was made aware which ones did,) and always knew what I was walking out with. Beyond that, and quite possibly the most important piece, is that even after my most recent purchase, (with which I had some technical trouble,) I was able to go back with all my questions, and Vasily spent the better part of an afternoon/evening researching my issue to help me find a solution. I kid you not, this was hours of back and forth, trying out different possible solutions. In the end we found it, and it was the customer service he provided even after the sale had been made, that really did blow my mind. In the end, Magnolia is a business. We all have jobs, and quotas to hit. We have things we have to do to continue to earn the money our families need. But with people like Vasily and Sienna, I never felt as though my needs were not being put first. My questions and my confidence in the products or services I was buying were the priority, and that will keep me going back to that shop, time after time.

I just stopped by to buy a TV and schedule an installation and as expected I totally held up the register by having to call my bank to clear the security screening for the large purchase. Had to verify who I was and everything.... so I do apologize to the kind staff there in Magnolia. Anyways, I was helped by Tamim and I gotta say- the guy has wonderful customer service! He was extremely helpful and patient while educating me on what my warranty options were. I wouldn't feel right without doing my part to share the great experience I had with anyone who is coming in to shop.

Alex is the most knowledgeable designer at this location. You can always count on him to give you his honest unbiased opinion, from speakers to sound bars to tv's. If you are in the market for some new audio or video go see Alex he will ensure products are ordered, delivered, and set up correctly each and every time. His level of service never disappoints.

I have been an audio and video enthusiast for decades and I have had the pleasure of dealing with some very good people, but none more gifted, knowledgeable or helpful than Vasily Mitlin and Sienna Nervo at Magnolia Design Center in Dublin, CA. The AV world is fascinating, always evolving and can bring real enjoyment...and these guys really know their stuff!

I want to say that this is best team you can work with to buy an entertainment system for your home or office. Retail Electronics is very competitive these days, these guys truly excel with 5 star customer service. I was in the market for a TV / Projector. I went into the store and Sienna totally explained the best choices for picture quality, value etc. I had a home consultation to assess the best options for my home. Raymond and Jason came in and spent 1 hr in explaining all the options with patience. Raymond Saint Germain went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and do a price match with another retailer. I ended up buying 4 year warranty for the LG OLED because Raymond was so thorough in explaining the benefits. He was also excellent in finishing up my order over phone. Even though another retailer was cheaper, I ended up going wit Raymond because of customer service. Vasily the GM and Cody the LG expert was amazing as well. Overall top class team and best place to buy electronics.

I purchased a 4K Blu-ray player from them last year which had issues to connect with my 4K hdr player. I went to their store and explained to them my problem. Mr. Alex and Mr. Vasily were very cordial and very helpful in customer service. They replaced the defective piece for me and also offered me a replacement plan. That is the reason I shop at Best Buy and Magnolia because they never compromise in customer service. Thank you Alex and Vasily!

Inside Best Buy at the back of the store next to the Best Buy TV area, Magnolia is known for high-end home theater, audio, and stereo equipment. Small area, not much of a selection or a lot to look at. Surprisingly, unlike in the Best Buy TV area next to it, no one pesters you as you walk around in the area, which is nice in my opinion. If you want help or have a question you go up to one person working there.
