Glenn was amazing!!!! He took us through sleep class to help us narrow down what works for us. He was beyond thorough with his explanation of the different mattress benefits. Not to mention patient with us while our 2 year old ran all over the store! Customer service was on point! I cannot wait for our bed to be delivered tomorrow!!!

I second all the 5/5 star reviews here. We bought 2 mattresses here this past week and Glenn was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and very patient. He knew exactly what kind of mattress worked well for us based on our requirements. The store also has a wide selection which makes decision making easy. They also have a 4 month 'try and exchange' offer which I believe extends to all mattresses (please verify). I highly recommend you visit them first if you are considering getting a new mattress.

The Fallon Dublin location has far superior service and friendly attitude. I walk in with my wife not knowing what type of mattress we wanted and Glen a sales rep was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to ask many questions about our needs and want to show us best mattress for us. He took his time to helping us getting the right mattress. He also suggested we go to other mattressfirm store to try out mattresses that are not within Dublin location. If you stop here ask for Glen, he will be great!

Glenn is awesome! A few months ago, I went into Mattress Firm (Fallon Rd in Dublin, CA), looking for a new mattress. Not only was Glenn knowledgeable about the range of products...he was patient and kind, with all of my questions. If you need a mattress, pillows, etc., please don't hesitate to visit him. His explanation and warm spirt makes you feel right at home; which is so important during a big purchase. Thanks Glenn for all your help!
