While looking for some plants that have managed to survive the full sun in our front yard and fight through the hot summers, we ran into Sharon and decided to ask for help. She asked us thoughtful questions and then showed us beautiful and unique plants and trees we have not considered before or even noticed during previous visits. She also gave us stellar advice on how to dig, set, and water our plants, making us feel confident we’ll achieve our green thumb!

“We have moved several times and each time I order new roses from Regan Nursery to establish a new rose garden in our new garden. They've replaced the ones that died and have been just wonderful. Until they stopped shipping. Haven't found anyone to replace the service and quality we found at Regan. Hate their new policy of refusing to ship - no matter how much you spend, and trust me when I say I've spend A LOT! I'd love to be a repeat customer, but not when we're several states away. Please, please, please, if you ever re-instate shipping, let all of us out-of-state previous customers know. I will scoop up multiples all of my favorite roses in a heart beat!!!”

“Live near by - It is a nice friendly neighborhood store but they are kinda pricey. However, every month I stop by to get my pooches dog food. For some odd reason they are the cheapest on Call of the Wild dog food. It is a high quality dog food and I was shocked they carried it, and even more shocked to find that it is cheaper here than anywhere else I have seen. As long as they are around I will be there once a month to purchase my bag of food. Also handy for quick little items you need like glue, keys, bolts or nuts.”

“I love to come here and just walk around. It is so welcoming. They have a resident Albino cockatiel named Lou. He loves it when you stop by and talk to him. The plants are very happy at this nursery. If I worked here I would have no paycheck. All the plants and ideas for outdoor settings. All very rustic. I finally noticed ( after how many years of coming here ) they have two deer statues in the hillside somewhat hidden. I just love all the thought they have put into this place of business. The staff are very friendly. They close promptly. So you need to make time in your lunch hour if you work later.”

I ordered a bunch of plants for my yard, and though they hit a snag with some of the plants getting damaged, the way they handled it was beyond impressive. “I have been doing business with Devil Mountain for 20 years . I am a licensed Landscape Architect and a licensed general contractor. I'm also a licensed landscape contractor. This Wholesale nursery is for licensed contractors only. If you do not have a contractors license, you are not allowed to purchase from Devil Mountain . Any ( non contractor ) leaving a bad review here because they were disappointed by the customer service is not leaving a valid review. I have worked in the Nursery industry. The customer service work is a huge part of it. I spent long days answering questions to homeowners about plants. Devil mountain is very clear upfront that they are not a retail Nursery. By doing this they are able to focus on Licensed contractors, and Landscape Architect like myself who are consistently doing significant projects. When I read a review like the one left by Raylee saying that she called there for free advice about nematodes in her lawn, it makes me wonder if she realizes that the person who answered the phone may have been working on the order that I needed pricing for. Devil Mountain is not just a nursery. It is a brokerage. If I communicate with them in advance they can get me anything I want. Other people leaving reviews here saying that their prices are the same as Home Depot might want to try emailing the Home Depot three weeks in advance with a very specific plant order specifying the genus species and cultivar and see how that works out. Devil Mountain is not perfect but as a business owner, I have a lot of respect for this organization. They've got their act together, and for the most part, they are very dependable for professionals like myself.”

“Love supporting small businesses! Beautiful family owned nursery, apparently they’ve been in around for years! The owner was very knowledgable. Couldn’t find the tree I was looking for but ended up getting quite a few others. Also, the prices were amazing in comparison to other local places I’ve strolled.”

“Home Depot is a homeowners paradise, they have so much amazing products I could lose myself in the store in the aisles for hours. I love shopping here when I need to pick up any home improvement items. I will say the one thing that I don't like about home Depot is the customer service of the availability of the associates I feel like I can never find anyone to help me when I need to find a specific item more staffing would be nice other than that everything else is enjoyable when visiting here.”
