Rude customer service and didn't even greet us when we walked in. We did arrive 12 min before closing but a welcome to Old Navy wouldn't hurt instead of dirty looks.

Went in with a Christmas exchange to receive a gift card in return but then they auto charged it back to the card without even asking. Where I cant even get back after asking for a gift card. Weak apology for their carelessness.

I haven't had any terrible experiences here that I can recall it's a pretty standard Old Navy, larger location since it's located in the suburbs. The lines go by fast and they usually have my size in stock. It's decently organized as much as fast fashion can be. Sometimes the fitting rooms can have long lines or they aren't cleaned out which is a bummer but that's the price you pay for good family deals I suppose. The nice thing about this location is there's ample parking always!

Lots of good deals and friendly staff. Old navy is one of my favorite places to shop at because it's generally not very pricey and there's a lot of items to choose from! Underrated store for sure

Disorganized and messy. Employees goofing around on the sales floor. I missed the 30-day return policy by one day, so the associate did a no receipt return for store credit. I was given a store credit for $54. Joke's on you, Old Navy. I bought the jeans on sale for $25. The no receipt return made me $25!

NOT dog friendly at all. PLEASE DOG OWNERS save yourself the time and money! Do not even bother stepping into the store with your furry friend just to look at rags and get kicked out. I had the WORST experience here in THIS old navy specifically. Overall, I'm TRULY disappointed with the staff there. They bring down the reputation of old navy for me. Maybe that's the reason they are closing down in San Francisco :/

I feel the one at the Livermore Outlets is better stocked. Prices are ok. Maybe I'm biased because I haven't done much in-store shopping since the pandemic, so things could have changed.

Manager at stores treated me like a…. She behaves like she is super busy and I am wasting their time. All the time she was talking to me in a loud voice not sure why. Ditch those kind of people. They wasted my time and finally did nothing. RIP oldNavy.

My mother hasn't been clothing shopping and maybe the past 5 years so I decided to treat her to a small shopping list trip in Old Navy. I essentially spent all of 22 inside of Old Navy, so I had a pretty good idea of what clothing items she would be interested in and what size she might be. My mom doesn't really have a specific style, but she does like all of her clothes to be pretty loose and comfortable, so I didn't expect for us to spend too much time in here. But we ended up spending quite a bit of time. The store was very clean and all of the dressing rooms were empties so we got to pick a good room for her to sit in. While I brought her clothes to try on. We ended up with two outfits that she enjoyed quite a lot and wore to an event the next day.
