So nice and helpful!!! I've been there a couple of times and had great experiences each time. We just went in at a perfect time when it was not busy. We explained and shared pictures of what was wrong with our car and what we needed. Jose helped us find the items and the right sizes. Not certain at first, he took the parts to our car to make sure. He ended up helping us install them (just a 2 minute thing). I bought the tool he used in case for next time. Saved me at least $150. Thank you, Jose!!!

Great experience today! I called first to inquire about a battery replacement for my Honda Accord , I was happy Quan was able to answer all my questions and hold the battery for me. Once I arrived Quan knew who I was and gave me a warm welcome and greeting, he even installed my battery for me. Great professional customer service!!

Excellent store, empty private parking lot and very friendly and funny customer service reps. Ryan helped me but then more reps came to help ad joke around too. I just needed a replacement bulb for my taillight and I got it fixed quickly. I was in and out in no time. Thanks for the easy visit! Review #77 of 100 in 2023.

I have gone here multiple times. They are always low on items which is annoying.Went to get a replacement bulb, there were several spots out and the ones that had bulbs had only one in stock.Staff are not friendly or helpful.

I can't express my gratitude fully on here. The awesomeness of customer service goes beyond my review! They take good care of me! I always am shopping for all kinds of stuff for my car. They even help you with no additional cost to change a battery on key fob. Saving me tonnes of money! Muahs!!! Love you all! At this store!

I went into this store for an issue with my trunk and was helped by James. He was extremely patient and helped explained everything I needed to know. If I need to come back to an auto parts store, I will choose this O'Reilly's location instead of the one closer to me! Your knowledge and patience is very appreciated!! Thanks James!

Had a great experience this evening. My mom's car died, and I came in for a new battery. Hamza was the only employee on the floor & was getting off soon. He very nicely asked me to wait for one of his co-workers to assist me. They never did & he apologized & tested the cars battery, starter & alternator. Everything checked out. He apologized again for my wait time. Hamza deserves a raise. Great job!!

I had a problem with stripped lug nuts. I needed assistance selecting Socket and a breaker bar. Things weren't going well and I got really frustrated. Then Scotty "the magnificent " came and worked on the problem for me. Scotty went way out of his way to help me out and get me back on the road. I was 45 miles away from home and he solved my problem. Scotty is a 5 star kind of guy. O'Reilly is my new auto parts store because of Scotty!
