My dog got sick Sunday night and I had to take him to the ER in San Leandro. The cost was honestly ridiculously high, and he had to stay overnight. The next morning I was given the option to transfer him for surgery elsewhere, but I only had a few hours to find a clinic that could take him.
I called 4–5 places—either they didn’t offer surgery at their clinic or they were too full to take our case. Thankfully, one place referred us to the PetSmart Vet in Dublin, and they were able to take us right away. The cost was much more reasonable (about 3x less than the ER), and most importantly my pup was safe and received great care.
Dr. Park was amazing—so compassionate, calm, and reassuring during a really stressful time. My dog is now in a speedy recovery, and I’m truly grateful for Dr. Park and the whole team. Highly recommend!

Dr. Lim is thorough, listens to concerns, and takes the time to explain his assessment and treatment options. He's compassionate, careful and will do necessary research before making assumptions, rush judgements, or recommendations. I'm impressed with Dr. Lim and the helpful staff.

I've grown weary of a routine exam causing our cat to come home in pain.
The first time seemed like a one off. Our cat's older and has arthritis. The eval hurt him.
Today was a follow up after our cat had services provided elsewhere. Doctor was rougher than I'd expected in evaluating the (healing) wound. Now our cat is limping again. We're giving him pain meds and tending to him for another day. He'd been okay, now he's not.
Adequate care had been provided elsewhere. Services were offered today that were no longer called for. We will be moving our care.

Dr. Lin, thank you for saving Pepè when he could have been gone from me today. Another client told me you saved her dog and her mothers dog. You have family generations who repeatedly come to you.

Dr. Lim and Dr. Park are competent, efficient, practical yet very compassionate. My polydactyl dog had a dental cleaning/extraction along with a surgery to remove rear dew claws yesterday. Both doctors worked together on her so anesthesia time wasn't too long and today she's recovering very well, almost back to normal except for the cone she has to wear for 10 days.

We just moved to the area and needed to find a new vet for my bernedoodle. I saw the high ratings for Dr.Lim and decided to give them a try! We’ve been there a couple times now and so far the experience has been wonderful. Dr.Lim is always very patient and thorough during examination, and shares his opinions on must have vs nice to have treatment options, which is super helpful since treatments can easily stack up and be expensive (at any practice).
Their price is also reasonable. I highly recommend this practice.

I am not the type of person to write reviews but I feel like everyone needs to know about Dr.Lim
I live in Hayward CA
I have 4 pets of my own and I have been fostering kitties for the past 3 years.
All my experiences with other vets near Hayward have been extremely horrible. I feel like now in days all they care about is the money and not the pets health.
One day I had an emergency and saw that the only vet available for my pet was all the way in Dublin, I decided to make the drive and ever since that day I been coming to this location and no where else !
I switch all my pets to this veterinary because of how well Dr.Lim took care of my pets , he actually cares for the pets life, he asks questions, he researches, anything that you don’t understand he shows you on his computer until you understand.
I feel like I’m able to call the office and speak to Dr.Lim if I have any questions regarding my pets (so hard to find now in days)
I fully trust this office and all the crew members
I’m so happy I found it

During our miniature poodle Lucky’s routine check up, Dr. Lim and Dr. Park’s thoroughness impressed us immensely. They noticed Lucky’s dental abnormalities, possible signs of ear infections, etc. We were aware that Lucky’s teeth were causing him discomfort but thanks to Dr. Lim, we were alerted that they were hurting him.
The vets took the time to explain the issues clearly, recommending blood tests and a dental cleaning. We’re so great full for their attention to detail!
We proceeded with the dental cleaning and the results have been fantastic. Lucky’s breath got a lot better, and he’s much more comfortable with tooth brushing. It’s evident his quality of life has improved significantly.

My puppy was sick and can't stand up without any reason and vet doctor found that puppy has low blood sugar level and infection so my puppy is getting better after the care. Dr Park and Dr Lim have very professional skills and so kind to us. I strongly recommend this vet clinic.

First of all I have to say that I'm glad and relieved that I found Dr. Park and Dr. Lim.
I now prefer to drive 30 minutes to get to this Veterinary clinic and get my dog in the best hands rather than driving 10 minutes and getting frustrated and feeling like I was used as a piggy bank with my last vets. Not only that, getting an appointment was super frustrating, too, because they would offer you 2 or 3 weeks to get an appointment. Even if your dog is sick, they wouldn't take your dog in; if your dog gets sick, forget it, they would send you to the emergency room, and we all know how expensive that is. They don't care much.
Dr. Park and Dr. Lim had treated my dog before, back about 2 years ago in Hayward, but then they moved from that office and my dog was not happy after that since I'm sure that my dog had a really good connection with Dr. Park.
About a month ago, my dog got ill, and of course, my last vet office wouldn't take him in. I was very stressed trying to find a place that he could be taken in right away.
I got a referral from someone to call Petsmart in Dublin because they were flexible, etc.
At the point of seeing my dog sick, I didn't care who was able to get some meds in him.
I called this place, and within 1 hour, I was getting an appointment, and he was treated right away.
My surprise was that Dr. Lim and Dr. Park are there now!!
I couldn't be happier, and my dog was very happy too. Even the assistants are amazing.
Marianne, thank you! Even though my dog, Panda, sometimes doesn't say hi to you. Lol!
I recommend this place 100% because the doctors and staff that are there now.
They are flexible with appointments and have reasonable prices. I don't feel like my dog is used as a piggy bank, honestly. (We know some places do.)
