Customers be aware!! Since I posted "not so great" experience, I got banned from using the Pet Hotel. I was shocked! The manager said that employee complained I was rude and made her cry. No one had contacted me or asked if such incident occurred. The manager made a decision without hearing my side of the story, which none of alleged incidents took place. The manager was "protecting" the employee by banning me. It did not matter than I explained no such incident happened. Well, I was not going to stand by and have someone ruin my reputation. I escalated my concern to the corporate office. Guess what, they had the manager call me only for her to say that "I already made a decision and I'm not changing it." Lesson learned. Don't complain against this business lest you be targeted and banned unjustly. Blindly accept poor service for your loved pets in fear.

This has to do with the grooming salon manager and store manager. I made an appointment on the app for a cut/bath. I get there at my appointment time and was told by the grooming manager that they called and left a voicemail to cancel my appointment and canceled it on the app. I showed her that the app still says I have an appointment and I never received a call or voicemail. She said there was nothing she can do as she called and she has meetings starting now with the higher ups that she doesn't control. I took work off early to take my dog and told them this. I just got a there's nothing I can do from her. I speak to the store manager and same thing. "The system shows we did call" and she offered 10% off. A whole $7 dollars off. Like that makes up my missed work, gas, and inconvenience. When I asked the store manager if the meeting can be pushed, she didn't know what I was talking about. Then she back tracked and said the grooming manager probably has zoom training (lol) with a dog and someone else but wasn't sure what her employee was actually doing. Horrible customer service from both managers. I would have never shown up if I knew the appointment was canceled and putting it on a customer to be SOL is ridiculous. I would rather spend double the amount for grooming somewhere else than go back. You guys can keep your 10% off.

So I just left the store. They had a sign up that says buy three get one free. So having four dogs I took four. I get up to the register and she says "oh that's tag is expired ,so you can no longer use it. We forgot to take the tags down." if it was me as a manager, I would've accepted it and gone and removed the sign. However, the manager here decided that no,. Hence why I don't come here very often and it's cheaper to buy on Amazon.

I had a scheduled appointment for basic grooming services today for my dog. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment, but nobody was at the counter. I waited inside the grooming salon for 15min past my appointment time without anyone coming to the front, despite hearing people casually talking in the back. When I heard a dog in the back repeatedly yelp, I opted to leave with my ungroomed dog and never return.

Overall, it is a great place. No complaints. We really like they have an onsite Veterinarian.

I do most of my shopping here including getting my dog groomed here. The only reason for the 3 stars is the curbside pickup is horrendous. Everytime I select curbside checkout and check in upon arrival thru app, I end up having to call after 10 minutes to let them to see what’s going on (3 times the past few months). This most recent time I waited an additional 4-5 minutes on phone before they found order and let me know they will be coming out shortly.My suggestion do not select curbside pickup and for Petsmart if this is what it’s like at other stores just remove the option for curbside pickup. Sitting in parking lot with a toddler for 15+ minutes is not ok.

Cashier was slow but the store itself had everything I needed.I also love how they support the cat charities
