I recently purchased some cat treats here and had a great experience thanks to Carson. He was incredibly helpful and made sure customers were aware of the 5x points rewards promotion. His friendly and charismatic demeanor really stood out. It's always a pleasure to shop somewhere that has such upbeat and attentive staff!

The grooming dept is kinda ridiculous.
Not only they cancelled my appointment saying that my dog can only do the “grooming” instead of the regular bath & brush, but also they said they need professional licensed groomer to treat her matted fur, I asked how will it be take care they told me shaved it all. So not special treatment but just shaving it all takes someone special so I can only wait for another 4 weeks for this “special groomer”
I went to Pet Supplies Plus the next day they took her right away told me there’s no matting and gave her a beautiful haircut!
The groomer at PetSmart is unfriendly and unprofessional, only changing customers scheduled appointment to upsell packages.

Asked for help... nobody showed up. I had a question about fish tank lighting, so i asked the cashier for help, and she said someone would come help. 25-30 min go by no one showed up to help. While the cashier is standing and talking with the dog groomer like nothing. Smh.

This review is for Pet Smart Store Manager/leadership. You are not doing a good job on Pet grooming service. They cancelled grooming on my dogs last min as their groomers don’t like to comb my dogs and continue if you have a single matt. The easy way out for them is shaving a dog which left my dog infected in paws. One of the worst places to get your dog groomed and management is not doing anything to change the groomers who are the boss to refuse any service which takes effort/few mins extra for them. They prefer shaving all the dogs which takes min of labor and they don’t have to work hard.

The salon manager Aliyah was exceptionally rude and unaccommodating when we tried as new customers to get our pet groomed here. I had to call corporate and file a formal complaint. Take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of grooming options in the area and Chewy.com is a great alternative if you need to buy products.

Zero stars. They had dead fish floating in the cups and tanks. I wanted to see a cat and the guy said they're too short and to call ahead. He said they don't let people look at pets or buy pets on Sundays or weekends and weekdays we might be able to if they're not too busy. Lazy

We came from San leandro Petsmart & that experience over there was bad. So we thought of going to Dublin. With the help of Patrick there we got Rasboras, Otos, & some glow Danios. He was very patient, helpful & was able to Answer our the questions. We'd definitely go back if there's help like Patrick around. Thank you Dublin Petsmart.

I brought my dog in early for grooming and they actually did a good job with his hair. However, the grooming staff here really needs to work on their customer service. I came before the store opened and I stood at the grooming counter with no assistance for 15 minutes. Someone finally came in with her hood up and didn't even acknowledge me except to ask if I paid yet. Like how am I gonna pay if you're the only one here?? None of the staff are friendly whatsoever and have a very uppity attitude about EVERYTHING. I brought my dog here because of scheduling conflicts at his regular groomer, Fur Pal (which I definitely recommend over Petsmart). He was very scared during his grooming here and they made sure to let me know in the most pretentious snarky tone ever. I don't mind getting advice, but at least saying hello beforehand or smiling would go a long way. They got the grooming skills down. Maybe it's time to invest in people skills next.

Petsmart is always 5 stars. The staff are always willing to help and answer any questions. The store is very well stocked and products are priced competitive.

Terrible spa. Alicia was very terrible towards my husky. She was so rough and she was yelling and holding my dog's mouth shut. She hit my dog's head into the metal table. There needs to be a thorough inspection at this location. If you want your dog to be trembling going into and leaving the groomer then bring them here. I have heard bad things about pet smart before, but I have seen it all with my own two eyes. Find yourself a private groomer.

We’ve never had any problems finding products for our dogs, cats, fish, or geckos. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their return/exchange policy is very liberal.
