Every visit to this Kaiser location for urgent care feels like a seamless journey to wellness, thanks to their commitment to providing convenient same-day appointments. Their exceptional customer service and unwavering professionalism shine through in every interaction with the kind and attentive staff members at this location. From the moment I step through the door, I am met with efficiency, empathy, and genuine care, making me feel valued and supported throughout my entire visit. Their dedication to excellence not only ensures timely access to care but also fosters a sense of trust and reassurance, leaving me grateful for their knowledge and support. Their urgent care services are highly recommended if you're looking to avoid long waits at the ER for non-life threatening services and medical treatment.

Kaiser has changed. Can't get in to see a primary doctor for weeks. Came back from Europe with a very bad upper respiratory infection and a black swollen tongue from an allergic reaction from an emergency room doctor's prescription in France. Kaiser refused to set an appointment to see me. Went to Urgent Care in Dublin, they refused to give me a doctor. Talked to a nurse practitioner who could not prescribe a prescription. 100 degree temp and no help until 5 days fighting to see someone I got a video appointment. Finally got an antibiotic (like pulling teeth). My temperature went down and much better but now Kaiser will not answer my messages, nor fill my prescriptions I've taken on a regular basis. Not sure what is going on there but it's not good. Have great medical insurance through my husband's plan but being treated like "I" don't matter. So I changed my primary care doctor to a new one and still being told I can't get in to see her until January 2024. Wtf! Unless you're on your death bed, you won't get an appointment for weeks.

This review is for their pharmacy. I had online ordered a new Rx originally at a different location. But twice in two weeks, it was as if it was never ordered. So I decided to order online from Dublin. They actually contacted me the next day to let me know that the Rx was compounded through an outsource and that it would take about ten days. Tho I was hoping to get it before my Dr appointment, I was fine with it. I didn't get it in time to start using my Rx before my Dr appt. But I'm glad Dublin were courteous enough to let me know about my Rx. Unlike when ordering from the other location, I could've received it weeks sooner if they didn't just cancel my order without any notification. Twice in two weeks span at that. Got notification from Dublin that they received it. Went to the pharmacy to check in as usual and received my Rx with ease. Cashier was personable and had me go to consult. The consultant took time to explain to me how to use the new Rx.

I had a terrible experience with their urgent care. The front desk clerk(Maria) was displeased to see us. I understand it was late at night but they were still open and had another good 45 mins or so. I had a very sick child with me and had to drive about an hour to get there only to be turned away. I tried to explain it to her but she didn't want to listen. I was told there is no doctor to see us. I mean what kind of an urgent care does not have a doctor. Why not close the door and go home. Why say/show open and have people drive. Plus there is whole another confusion.. are they walk in or appointment or both.

Child's Fracture Experience At Kaiser Yesterday, my 7 year old fell from her bike and fractured her arm. While unfortunate, these incidents happen to kids her age, but the least we can expect as parents is to provide adequate care when our child is going through the pain of a broken bone. However, the ordeal of navigating Kaiser Permanente's system in the 36 hours, their apathy and recklessness towards the patient's wellbeing - especially towards kids - was appalling! To add insult to injury, many of their nurses (one in Dublin particularly) was extremely rude and insensitive to the kid's pain. I want to recount the experience through this post because I know this experience is extremely common, and we shouldn't allow Kaiser Permanentes of the world commoditize people's health and especially our kids' well-being. Please read and share to bring Kaiser Permanente to take ownership of such experiences. 1. No Kaiser Urgent Care in the area (we tried 4-5 different locations) was willing to take her in on the day of the injury, even for an X-ray. They asked us to go to PCP when we get the earliest appointment. 2. The next day, the primary care physician at Livermore wanted to help, but did not have the facility to put splint or cast on the fracture. They simply took an X-ray and confirmed the fracture which we already suspected. They referred us to Orthopedic dept in Kaiser Dublin for putting the cast. 3. Orthopedic Dublin nurses were EXTREMELY rude and said they will not get us in to put splints or cast even though the fracture was confirmed until the next available appointment on May 30th (11 days after the fracture). 4. Infuriated, I asked, do they really expect a 7 year old child to remain without any support with a fractured arm for 11 days? A nerve can be permanently damaged or the bone can simply heal out of its place and cause permanent deformity. They kept repeating that this was their 'process' and "they don't care about it". And then they hung up the phone on me. 5. This is where I broke down - As a father, can I not expect to provide my child with adequate care and basic human dignity even after paying so much in health insurance? How miserably I have failed. 6. I somehow was able to contact the Fremont Orthopedic dept, where thankfully the experience was MUCH better. Nurse Sia (grateful for her) empathized with us and confirmed that it's not at all advisable to keep a fractured arm for even a couple of days without support. She booked us an appointment to come in to get a splint the SAME DAY with a cast technician. 7. We made at least 20 calls to different Kaiser Departments, each time waiting for anywhere between 5 and 30 mins to be heard. I know there are many such experiences out there. But how long can we allow the likes of Kaiser to treat patients this way. Social media is a powerful tool to empower individuals and community to against this kind of experience. So please read, and share! I want folks at Kaiser to remember that the patients are suffering people and they're the reason they have their jobs. Please treat them as humans, and not a peg of their process. Nurse Sia in Kaiser Fremont seemed to get it. Thank you if you read through this.

When I came down at Kaiser urgent care with my sick kid, they said no appointments, come and visit tomorrow. First thing I do when I get my medical enrollment next year, I would kick out these guys from my healthcare . Stay away from companies like these. Far away.

My family has used this location several times. The staff was always courteous and efficient. I made an appointment for a booster shot, and arrived early. I had my shot and was back to my car before the actual appointment time.

This is a brand new but the way they operate it is just primitive. Staffs and nurses don’t want to do their job (which is to help you). I’ve been a member over 15 years, definitely it’s time to jump off the sinking boat. No wonder why my colleagues call it ‘Killer Kaiser’.

This location is a little different from the other locations that I have been to. In the area for labs there is no person to check in but only a computer. This is OK to me but I guess if someone has questions there really isn't a person that they can ask until they are called back to one of the stations. There also doesn't seem to be much privacy as the door is open and if there are people at the first few stations directly at the door entrance, anyone walking by can see what is being done. It may not be a big deal to a lot of people, but I think for privacy it would be a courteous thing for those patients. Aside from that this is a really beautiful new building which is only five minutes away from where I live. It's very clean and tastefully decorated. They definitely have ample parking, which is a plus because most Kaiser locations can fill up pretty quickly.

Very clean facility. The quality work done by the surgery staff makes me feel like they have back unlike Kaiser Walnut Creek who is always over subscribed. I feel confident going to this facility in that they have my best interests in mind. Quality care.

Slowest pharmacy ever . I went there on a Sunday where there were only 2 people and about 3 pharmacy techs . They made everyone wait for over 45 mins and when asked always responded "they are still working on it ". I Really poor experience Experience as compared to other Kaiser pharmacies

I have been with Kaiser on and off for a long time. I tried different facilities and before I I started trying different facilities I always went to the old Hayward Kaiser on Tennyson. I didn't like it. I use Pleasanton medical Office and The new Dublin Facility and San Ramon I love them all. I have tried San Leandro it's okay. Fremont is also great. The ones I picked that I like are clean, organized and such great care.

The pharmacist is super nice. As I am going to be out of town tomorrow, but I have not received my medicine yet. I came to kaiser pharmacy for help around 9 am.And was told the medicine was mailed out a couple days ago and very likely to reach me today.
