It was a very pleasant experience. I was the only person waiting. I was seen within a
few minutes. The lady was very nice. It only took a few minutes and I was out the door. The location was great. Inside Safeway in back of the store. By the pharmacy.Lots of parking.

The phleb (Alice) who drew my blood forgot to enter the Vitamin D test into the order so I had to go in again for a redraw of blood. Even though physical paper with order details was sent to Quest lab, their customer service (Amanda) did not acknowledge and hung up on me.
