I used the car was on june 24 2023. After being in the car wash for 30 seconds the machine tears off my side mirror from my car. I have a witness that saw this and filed a police report but I have not heard from the gas station. Do not use their car wash or it will damage you car!!! The company has now responded to my post here but shown no signs of wanting to help correct this. They only asked for information I already filed with the gas station and have not returned my calls or emails.Edit: they contacted me and declined any wrong doing because my cars mirrors don’t retract but they didn’t even know they didn’t retract until I explained to them that they don’t. They also then tried to shift their narrative saying I was to far to one side after I explained to them my mirrors don’t fold in… oh and the cashier told me this type of thing happens all the time and showed me a folder full of incident reports with similar damages to people’s vehicles!Do not use this car wash!
