Don't get a membership, they make it intentionally difficult to cancel in an attempt to leech as much money from you as they can. This location is also full of punk teenagers and meth head parents that will attack you or your children without repercussion. Still fighting them to cancel memberships for my kids that were charged even after I was promised they would be cancelled. Stay far away from this place

Had a Birthday party there the other day. There were some teenagers there, somewhere between upper middle school and high school who were in the dodge ball pit and were both aiming for kids heads and throwing very hard. Literally half of the party members got hit by these kids. I talked to a couple of team members and without a description they said so and so and so and so is here today and others said "oh". These kids are clearly repeat offenders of these kinds of problems. As basic team members they didn't have the power to do anything and suggested I speak to management, so I went to do just that. After talking to management I was told that they would review the tapes and then go talk to these kids. Now, if you have kids who regularly break the rules, a talking to, is not going to solve the problem. I tried to suggest and let the management team come to the conclusion that some more direct action should be taken but they looked me blankly so I suggested that they remove them from the building. I was told that they would talk to the kids. The kids were spoken too, however, that isn't going to solve the problem, as you can see by the reviews that there are lots of complaints about this very issue. As I was leaving, I spoke to one of the managers again and I was told that the managers don't have the power to kick anyone out only the District Manager does, so I asked for their contact info but I was not allowed to have that so instead I left my contact info. It has now been 1 week since then and I have not heard from the District Manager which tells me that they have no desire to resolve the issue. The team members have little or no say on what goes on there, they can only ask that the people behave, the managers can't kick anyone out and at best can talk to a parent when the child leaves if they manage to see that person leave. The District Manager isn't interested in resolving issues and keeping parties coming as they are more than willing to keep older kids with memberships in the store but loose parties like mine. I suggest if you have kids under 12yrs old, that you not hold any parties here or bring them here as you risk having someone older bully them in one fashion or another and there is no recourse you can take within system as it is. This will be the last time that we go to Rock'n Jump/SkyZone and we will be recommending to all of our parental friends the same.

The positive: Kai our hostess was amazing. She supported the birthday party with grace, empathy, and kept things on time without being pushy. She was kind and had great client relationship skills. Now everything else.My son recently attended a birthday party there. There were two middle school punk kids there that were hitting the younger kids in the face/head repeatedly and hard with the dodge balls, just a few feet away from them, including my son and his friends. When we confronted the staff, they all immediately said the two boys' names: "oh, boy1 and boy2 are here today." We didn't even have to describe who they were! But the staff didn't take any corrective action against them. After talking to the manager and asking them to remove the boys (apparently they've been repeatedly kicked out for similar behavior in the past), the manager didn't have any repercussions, just "talked" to the boys and they were allowed to stay.I told the bullies that they knew what they did was wrong and they better not do it again or they will have a bigger problem on their hands. I did NOT make physical contact but was willing to defend the kids at the party should they repeat their behavior. The boys attending the birthday party who were supposed to be having fun were now afraid of the bullies and weren't having fun. I stayed close by to keep an eye on the bullies especially when they were in the dodgeball pit because I know that kids who don't have consequences for their actions *will repeat them*.I know that kids will need to work things out on their own, but when there is supervision that is supposed to help keep them safe, this is a problem.I do not recommend going here if you value a safe place where the staff is looking out for and banning bullies who are repeatedly and intentionally targeting and hurting younger children.

I don't recommend this place for younger kids. If you have little ones under the age of 10 and value their safety, stay away. We came here once for a friend's 5th birthday party and I was having anxiety the entire time as I watched older kids shove smaller kids around, throwing balls at them, slamming into them, pushing them down, and having no disregard for rules to stay out of certain areas meant for smaller children. The employees who are supposed to be supervising and enforcing the rules are useless. Most appear to be high school students who could care less. We will never be back.

Let me start by saying that this trampoline place is not that bad itself. So I would rate it 4 stars?. The reason I rate it 1 star?, is because the people who are supposed to supervise every single area, they seem to not pay attention to how bigger kids break the rules all the time. Like today, I brought my kids and their friends who are 11 years old. They were in the dodgeball zone and there were older boys (I would say high schoolers and like 2 older bearded men) all of them aiming at younger kids faces!!! I got a few videos that can back up what I'm saying and the person there didn't bothered to say a word. But once the younger kids started to defend themselves, they would get preached at. How is that fair??? My suggestion is that they hire "observers " that actually do their job. Another observation I had was that there were signs that said NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN PLAY AREA, but there were a bunch of kids with candy, ice cream and drinks in the trampoline area. I made it clear to my kids to follow the rules but it does bother me to see that bigger kids and older men there break the rules and get away with it. Maybe having designated areas for different age groups would prevent younger children from being targeted and getting hurt by older kids. Other than that, the person who helped us get our bracelets was very polite and provided me with great service. If I could rate her I would give her 5 ?. Same thing for the snack area, the different people who attended me the couple of times I needed to purchase something were polite and provided me with a great service.

I would give zero starts if it was possible. This is a review (and a warning) about an experience with Sky Zone, specifically the monthly membership they offer. We signed up for the membership at the end of July as they informed us that the amount we would pay for being there on that day - $29.99 was the same as for the monthly membership. They advised us that we could cancel at any time. We bought the membership for all our three kids as it seemed like a good deal, fully intending to cancel it within the month as we did not need the month to month subscription. When you have the membership, you could go in any time to jump. This was convenient as it was summer and the kids had a lot of time on their hands. We were able to go at any time and the kids enjoyed it.Fast forward to the end of August when we went in on a Saturday afternood. We were informed that we could not use the facility after 1:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays even though we had the membership. We were restricted to using the facility before 1:00 pm on weekends. I don't know if this is a new policy but no one mentioned it to us at the time that we signed up for our membership. We then opted to cancel the membership.Sadly, today I looked at my bank account and they have gone ahead and charged us $90 for the membership for all three kids even though we canceled it.I fully intend to dispute it but I am extremely disappointed by the way this business treats its customers. I think that any restrictions on jumping times should have been communicated clearly at sign-up and continuing to charge for the membership after cancellation is completely unacceptable.

Great place to bring the kids and burn off all that extra energy. I only docked a star because they should have discounted pricing for parents who would like to jump a bit with the kiddos, not just for those with an elite membership. You would be a lot more profitable if you offered this since most parents are not going to jump for 120 minutes (maybe 30 - 45 minutes max). Just a thought....?

This place is always a great time. The kids love it and the new layout with not only jumping but slide and basketball and dodgeball areas make it fun for the whole family. Tonight Leslie who works in the food court area made it another great experience. From initial contact he was polite and courteous and eager to help. My kids are picky eaters and when something had to be fixed he didn't hesitate to spring into action to try and save the day. Well my friends, he saved dinner and just reminded me again why I'm a member at this particular location. Thanks Leslie, I really appreciate your professional attitude, eagerness to help and apologize (apology not necessary, but appreciated) and all around good vibes. You nailed it.

Loved the air pit. Basketball court and slides were fun. Workers were super chill, and according friends, the pizza was really good. I haven’t been in years (it’s way different now than it was like 5 years ago) and I love the changes made. Fun area for the little ones too. Also for those questioning the bounciness of the tramps, you can get high enough for even an inexperienced flipper to get around for a double front flip into the air pit. Just don’t land on your head. I tried a triple, landed on my head (in the air pit) after two and a half, and found that a lot more places in my neck could crack than previously suspected. Felt really weird for a few seconds but now my neck feels great. I landed really hard on my head though and I’m completely fine so the air pit is definitely super safe. Would recommend.

We had my son's birthday here. I always prefer this location over Concord mainly because of the parking. Unfortunately, they had construction going on as they were updating the park and it was taking longer than they expected but they would still host his birthday party and it would be closed to the public. We were ok with that. We were running late but they were able to set everything up for us and get all the parents and kids set up. Our server, Allie, was excellent! She helped me out so much that I was able to enjoy socializing with other parents and not have to worry. We had my son's birthday here right before the pandemic hit and I was glad to bring him back here. I can't wait to see what the place will be like once they finish all the work. My son is excited to go back and play on the new slide jump we saw them working on.

The facility itself is not bad, would consider it for my kid’s party if their management team can improve their customer service. Long story short, I had to wait for over 20 minutes and dealt with 3 different staffs in order to get my tickets for the time slot that I booked l. The tickets were cancelled by their team by accident. The way their team handled it did not show that they care at all and was trying to push us to an afternoon time slot when I already told them we had other commitments. 20 mins later, they finally gave us the tickets. Just be prepared to be treated with bad customer service if you plan to go and hopefully everything went well with the tickets you paid for.
