Our experience with Sage Doctors and Staff was fantastic. They were very patience, kind and did a great job of keeping us informed during our dog' stay at the clinic.

Eye ulcers. Yikes!!....Dr Lukas, Dr. Boudreau, Dr. LeBlanc and Dr Olincy ALWAYS FABULOUS as well the fantstic staff. All the doctors that work here are excellent....always explain completely and are kind to the worried pet parents and beloved pet.Again, THIS IS NOT COSTCO. The money you are paying is for the training, education, and the equipment to diagnose quickly and accurately. This is an emergency specialty vet hospital, not the regular vet. They will inform you of the cost range before treating your pet. It is unfair to condemn them after the fact when you consent. Dr.'s run tests to rule out things as well, too.The only reason it seems like it's costly is because most pets don't have pet insurance like humans do...get pet insurance it's worth it. We did.

It was okay. Service was quick but I didn't like how I couldn't see what was going on with my pet. Prices were also very high. Frankly, I'd recommend Veterinary Emergency Group instead.

I have had some unexpected emergencies with my dogs over the years. Every time I’ve been to Sage, they are so kind, compassionate and caring. Also informative. I never feel like I’m rushed through an explanation. They take time to listen and explain. Great job Dublin Sage?

A special "thank you" to Melissa at the front desk! I stopped by to ask about alternative therapies. She was very friendly, compassionate, and recommended contacting their Concord location regarding acupuncture services for my cat who is suffering with IBD. After sharing my lack of success with finding a cat pill syringe at local pet stores today, she graciously gave one to me at no charge. Just that one act of kindness made our day. Thanks, Melissa!

Been to this place 3 times in the last 8 years. Most recently late Tues night. These guys are amazing. Compassionate and clear about what they believe is happening to your pet. They don’t upsell much and seem really organized. They’re a bit further than another emergency vet but they’re worth the longer drive.

Dr Miller is an incredible international medicine specialist and has gone above and beyond in the care of our dog and guiding us through this incredibly complex case. He has been compassionate, attentive, and so understanding - he and his team are phenomenal and so helpful. I highly recommend them.

I used to work at another branch of SAGE and I cannot recommend them enough for emergency services. Even though I haven’t worked there in years, I always bring my pets here. The one time recently I went to another emergency vet in San Leandro which was actually closer to me and they treated us rudely, quoted us $2700 for a urinary tract infection, and encouraged us to leave and go to SAGE instead. (To clarify, the staff was great but the vet was the one who wasn’t great). After waiting an hour with our cat yowling in the back with no pain meds or anything, we took her to SAGE. In and out fast, for under $400 including antibiotics and pain meds, AND we chatted with Dr. LeBlanc about our aging kitty for a while, discussing her recent bloodwork and history. Dr. Leblanc is a top notch ER Vet and I am so thankful to have her in the vet community. Also shoutout to the front desk staff at SAGE for efficiency and customer service!

I'm so thankful to Sage. I had to take my cat in for emergency services and they were so fast and kind. Dr. April explained everything in detail and reassured me that he was going to be OK. They kept me updated and gave clear directions on the after-care. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
