We come here to give stuff for donation. There are great items which you would like not to be trashed.. in return what we get is a staff who are extremely rude and do not even know how to talk to the fellow folks who are bringing donations .

Overpriced, dirty, smelly clothes covered in pet hair. They sell cheap H&M and free work shirts and sweaters for $30 and up, the same price as brand-new items in stores. Nothing is cleaned, which is terrible for anyone with allergies. Including myself. If you would not wear the clothes yourself without washing, do not expect anyone else to. It’s ridiculous that the store doesn’t clean their clothes despite selling them selling for such a high price. And Donors should also be ashamed of themselves. I never donate without cleaning my own clothes. It is disrespectful and defeats the purpose of donating. There is no cell phone service in the store, which seems suspicious. I was lucky to find one bar of service and looked up one of the shoes they were selling, they were literally going for more than you can buy them brand new online. That is ridiculous. That’s probably why they don’t have service. One of the worst thrift stores I have ever been to. “Savers”? More like Spenders!

This place is overpriced and the workers are rude and lazy. I go here quite a bit because it’s fairly close by to me and I enjoy browsing, but this place has become so overpriced it’s ridiculous. On my last visit I saw a Ross shirt that still had the tag on that said $7.99 being sold at $10, like you got this for free and are going to charge more than it’s worth new? I have bought things that don’t work on accident. They had Mickey Mouse Halloween costume gloves for $30!! Not even a full costume, again this is stuff they got for free. The nail in the coffin was when I saw a table being sold for $350 wth? It was a pretty cool table I guess but it had damage and again was given to them for free. That’s actually insane. So much of the stuff in there is damaged or dirty. The workers are also so lazy when you go to donate. I went to donate a coffee table, a couch, and some of the stuff my cats don’t use, a water fountain, some pet stairs and a scratching post. When we pulled up there was a lady screaming at people, she was nice to us but it was weird to see a customer service worker being so abrasive. She had us drive forward and a guy asked us what we brought we let him know and he went and talked to his coworker. I started unloading some of the smaller items and overheard them talking about how they don’t know where their handtruck is. Then the guy comes over and starts asking if the couch was rained on while we were moving it, it wasn’t raining when we loaded it it rained sporadically throughout the day but the couch wasn’t rained on. We said no and then he rephrased the question and asked if it was raining while we loaded it. Again we said no and he audibly sighed and said let me see the couch. When we showed it to him he said they won’t take it because there’s damage and pointed out some cat scratches. The cat post and pet stairs I brought also had some cat scratches but they had no issue taking those? Again I’d understand if it was on the entire couch or they didn’t sell other damaged goods in their store, but along with the conversation I overheard and the questioning about the rain it felt like he was just too lazy to move it.
Tl;dr: over priced damaged product and lazy workers

Very expensive and some of products have stains or are damaged. Its a big store where you can find something. Even with the discounts, it's still very expensive. A lot of smaller items in bags are being sold for almost $10. Clothes are sold at much higher prices. The self checkout was pretty useful. The security guard being on the phone but still blocking the entrance was interesting. It's quite noisy inside so its recommended to listen to your own music while you shop to avoid getting overwhelmed.

Savers sold me garbage and refused to accept it back. I bought a Blu-ray Player from Savers yesterday to watch a film with friends. I bought a Samsung Blu-ray from Savers. When I went to turn it on the same night it was completely dead and basically a brick. The next day I came back with receipt and original price sticker. They said they wouldn't accept it back and as thrift store you run the risk of buying a defective product.
Savers that is not right nor acceptable to sell your customers damaged products. You failed to properly test and quality control your goods. Then punish your customer for your mistake. I would understand not accepting a return if I changed my mind. But you literally sold me e-waste.
Do better Savers. You lost a customer.

Sometimes you can find a good deal but most things are over priced. Also a lot of resellers/people that have never heard of personal space. however, that’s most thrift stores these days. It’s a clean store at least with a lot of stuff.

been going here for years, loved thrifting here, but prices just got hiked so high.. savers is a for profit company that gets it's inventory completely for free--why the hell are you charging so much?
still enjoy a good thrift here, but the pricing is ridiculous and no doubt will get worse.

My daughter went there with my friend and she was surprised about how many things she can get there for below 10 bucks. They’re We’re like so many things that we so underpriced don’t believe the other haters. They’re such good options there I recommend it 100% it was her first time but we’re always gonna plan it to come back. It’s gonna be our new go to place to get new bathing suits, clothing, shoes, purses, books, and more. That’s now our go to shopping place. They may not have food, but they are the best place to go to that we have seen so far.
