Sometimes find a good deal, other times just dig through clothes and little nicknacks and other items... Savers is a pretty decent store and I think at the very least they do a better job of managing their business than other big chain thrift stores. The people I have interacted with here are friendly, and the folks at the donation center are especially nice and helpful.

Hi everyone, I'm Erick with stoneitup in San Leandro for your local tile & stone needs!Absolutely, absolutely love savers, wish they had one closer but I know it's definitely a gemstone for all who go at the right time right day.You may have to get in line right before they open but I guarantee you will become a believer after a few visits, hopefully the first hour!

Prices, prices, prices. It's all about prices. Savers in general has become useless for most people on a budget. Absolutely ABSURD prices for almost everything is the norm. I've seen many items priced well above the original price tag that's still on the item. Get a clue. I'm not paying $15 for a used stinky hoodie that I can get brand new at Walmart for $9.99. Now I only shop there for specialty, vintage, or unique items. Everything else is a waste of my time and money. I love the employees, but the prices are pure greed. Profit is important, but value for my dollar is why thrift stores are supposed to exist. Go to Walmart to save money. Come here if you want to see what "profit before people" really means.

Customer service in Jewelry department Ailing she was very rude I only asked her one question and there was a person who was in training, who started helping me and answered my questions, Aileen who was training new employee , Aileen responded to my question rudely and seems like she was in hurry to get reed of me .. if she don’t like her job she should be working there as customer service.

The prices have become ridiculous at this location. Little paperback kids books have doubled in price, many if not most pieces of clothing are marked the same as retail, Dollar Tree items are tagged at $4.99. I only go if I have a coupon or if there is a big sale. Such a bummer that this store no longer saves my family money, especially in this economy. Better to join a local Buy Nothing group.

I didn’t like the idea and the store , because the clothes smell stinky and everything look dirty , nothing get wash before they sell it after people donated ,did they think about the hygiene and the skin issues, No!!.Prices I don’t find it the cheapest, you can find a new clothes and shoes cheaper . The store has no phone coverage , you can’t call while you inside or anyone call you !!. I don’t recommend this place , waste of time and money , if it’s organized in a different way , if they wash and clean the things before sell it , it could be ok , but NO No .

The dirtiest nastiest place ever. The manager is the rudest and the young men that work there are very disrespectful and not helpful to customers that need it . They treat their customers horribly they are not professional they all look dirty and there is stuff all over the place. Not only that but they charge prices so high that you can buy that item cheaper at a retail store and it’s new . They had a yoga mat from Ross that was new and it was $6.99 they were charging double that price. I will never be going there again and I’ve been a frequent customer for 20 years.I’m so looking forward to the classy thrift stores because savers definitely isn’t and never will be.I hope they go out of business

Came here with my niece and her friend. While I looooove to thrift, I wasn't feeling a 100% so I didn't browse much. Though, I did find a cute pair or white striped Anne Klein pants for work, only $6! That made me happy. My niece and her friend found some really cute stuff and had fun shopping around. Good selection of everything, though I will agree that the book prices are a little high. They also need to figure out a better system for their donation drop off, because the line of cars in front of the store is very inconvenient and unsafe for cars/pedestrians trying to get through that area.

This store has recently raised the price of the product very high. A small table was about 12 dollars a month ago, and the similar one almost 44 dollars recently. I don’t understand it. Charity shop, but raise the price so much to make a profit, makes me feel very sick!
