No one answers the phone it’s basically no purpose of them having a phone ☎️ I have been calling for 4 days morning,afternoon, and nights. All the departments no one will answer.

Went into ask for eclipse glasses. One person with a badge, red shirt and name tag said she didn’t work there as she was organizing items in the beauty section. The person in the glasses section said I don’t think so. I mean you should know what glasses you carry and this is a two hour event and it would definitely be on your radar. No one wanted to answer questions or help. But have found this to be the way of Target recently.

I recently was told one of our favorite employees was fired by you idiots. Christian had been the face of the store in the evenings in the checkout and customer service area for several years. Many times, I was shopping at night and watched how he handled the massive workload that was heaped on him. No staff, one register open huge lines and no matter how many customers complained he just handled it. I saw him getting yelled at, out in the lot bringing in carts when there was no one to do this job. I noticed a manager type (danny) berating and talking down to him one day, on the floor in front of patrons, i wanted to smack the little punk. Wherever he ends up, I wish him well and know he will do fine. What a shame a group of badge happy petulant punks run good people out of their job, yet they can not manage to lead by example and create a positive environment for the teams to thrive in. Shame on you, Target. Shame on you, Danny boy. I hope this ex-employee gets a good lawyer and comes after you. Christian, good luck, you'll be fine, and you are missed.

The employee at the pick up desk was the only one working she has a big line but greeted each of us graciously and was so nice I appreciated her and we love our Target store

Generally clean place and items organized mostly well enough. One complaint about this place is the Target employees allow customers to place their medium size dog inside the cart and go through the store. I told an employee who just looked at the dog in cart and actually helped these customers, he should tell them that a dog is not allowed in the store and especially in the cart! I'm sure people place all items including food inside the cart. I certainly don't want this dogs saliva and poop left on the cart on my food!! But this store employee don't care about health and safety

Horrible! Went in to get formula for my grandson. While there I decided to change him. BATHROOMS WERE FILTHY! Family bathroom, where I found the Koala changing station, was worse than a pigsty. Toilet clogged & nearly overflowing. TP everywhere. 2 of 4 stalls in the women’s room did not work & there was NO soap to wash your hands. I let mgmt know & they responded….”we’ll get someone in there when we can.” It was obvious the room had not been cleaned in days! The community deserves better. Target mgmt should be ashamed. I WON’T BE BACK TO THIS STORE & YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER!

The Dublin Target (Fallon Plaza) is always neat and organized. I find what ever is on my list and more. Good selection in every department and when I ask for help the clerks are really nice. I love this store
