There’s a reason this salon is empty. If you want to get something, not your place. They will overcharge you to make up for gel cost and talk shit about you in their language. 0 customer service

Love Tea Nails!! It's very clean and the staff is attentive and accommodating. My daughter and I had spa pedicures and are feeling refreshed. We will definitely be back!

Very nice and attentive. My pedicure is almost a month old and still looks new.
Above and beyond customer service.

Tea Nails is my favorite place to get my nails done. I get dip powder done every two weeks by Tracy and her work is always fantastic. I always get tons of compliments on my nails. Everyone that works there is super kind and the nail salon is incredibly clean. If you are looking for a quality place to get your nails done, you should definitely go to Tea Nails.

Wouldn’t come back.
They were late opening up and I was sitting in the parking lot with another woman. We both called and they said they were all on their way. The woman who spoke to me was very nice and so was the woman who did my pedicure. They offered water, champagne, or tea (not the best tea either and the cup wasn’t clean). The man was not friendly. I honestly hate when I have to get my nails done while sitting in the pedicure chair. So uncomfortable to have to reach over like that. Another salon I’ve been to literally has the tech walk around to each hand which is better if it HAS to be done at the same time. Also, the man walked up to me in the chair and just grabbed my hand and started working. Didn’t even say hello. I looked at him and said WELL HI! And he didn’t even respond. When he was almost done with my hands he asked if I had to work today and that’s the only thing we spoke about. He didn’t even take the dip completely off my nails before doing a new dip which was kind of gross and lazy. Also, after inspecting his work the next day, the work is uneven and will not last. Getting it redone in a week. The pedicure was mediocre and she barely scrubbed my feet after trying to upsale me on a more expensive pedicure. All in all, I paid over $100 and just came because I had an event in the area. Way too expensive. Going back home to get cheaper prices for better work. They got the two stars for the two women who were nice I guess.

I’m the kind of woman that always has to have nails done. I’ve been this way for over 10 years. Throughout this time I’ve tried various different salons across Alameda and Contra Costa county. Some have great service, but lack expertise. Some have great expertise, but lack great service. It’s really difficult to find the perfect balance of the best of both worlds in a nail salon in the Bay Area. TeaNails, has the perfect balance!!
When you arrive, they promptly greet you and offer you something to drink, tea or water. (I have not seen many nail salons do this—what a way to make your customers feel special!)
There is also a self service kiosk at the entrance to “check-in”. Checking in gives the customer an opportunity to collect rewards points. (I’ve also never seen any other salon do this.) Let’s be real—getting your nails done in 2024 is expensive, but having this option is definitely a great way to get redeem yourself from the cost of your next visit!!
Tracy and her team at TeaNails always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your nails. As a people pleaser myself, it’s difficult to tell someone giving me a service that I need something changed or different. Working with Tracy makes it all so easy. She asks all the right questions in order to make sure your vision comes to life and checks with you again about the shape before starting your color polish. Personally, this is such an important step for me and makes for a much more relaxing experience as far as trust goes!
Tracy is an experienced professional nail technician and is the most pleasant person to work with. She’s my go-to nail lady for life. TeaNails and Tracy have my trust and customer loyalty. I highly recommend Tracy and her team at TeaNails!!!

I got a set of glitter cat eyes today and it was $70 without tips. It was my first time getting my nails done at Tea Nails. I have a nail place in Pleasanton that I go to all the time but I wanted to try a new place. The lady who did my nails was very sweet and she really tried her best which was why I gave two stars. But it was just not good. I added some photos here. I didn't have any nail polish on before I visited them. The style I got was dipped, with a top coat of cat eyes. As you can see in the photos, the dipped nails overall were super thick, uneven and some polish even got on my cuticles. The cat eye effect was very unnoticeable. For $70 I was expecting at least a very clean look. I don't think I would visit this place again.

Update : I spoke with Tracy the owner and she had me come in to get them fixed by her at no charge and it’s exactly how I wanted it. While I did have one bad experience, I will continue to still come here to get my nails done. I might just be a bit more picky on who does my nails at least when it comes to gel x. Thank you Tracy!
It’s unfortunate today was the worst service I’ve had here. I usually get dip powder whenever I come here but today I walked in and told her I wanted short nails but wasn’t sure whether to get gel x or builder gel. She pushed me to get gel x and I confirmed with her I could have short nails with it. The guy that did my service, I’ve done dip nails with him before but maybe he was having an off day or he’s never done gel x…but he unfortunately did a terrible job. The shape and length of every nail is so different despite me trying to be patient and correct him. The application of gel x was so messy as was the polish. I tried to do my best to speak up and correct him but there came a point it was just a terrible job and there was no going back from it unless he started from the beginning of someone else was to do it.
They do a great job with peciures and dip nail but gel x was absolutely terrible. It’s so uncomfortable and thick and clunky I hate them..

Don't go. The nail technical is not professional and the boss( a women, just sit there and play iPad) is so rude. My two sides of big toe was hurt and need to be cut off. I asked If there was someone who was special on this before I sit down. She said absolutely Yes but the technical know nothing about this situation and hurt my toe. The boss said it was my toe's problem and try to pass the buck. Trying to fight with me. Bad service and bad technique。Service: Nail art
