The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and supportive!
My screen was a bright white, and they not only restored my phone, but transferred my data to my new phone. They were patient with all of the questions I asked... They were amazing!!

Was able to drop it off and had it back sameday within 2 hours phone is working great again staff was quick and professional and cost was lower then 3 other stores i got quoted at.

Microsoft recommends uBreakiFix, I was told when I called with my specific problem they could manage it and was scheduled, upon arriving I was told that they could not service my issue and was treated dismissively. I think they did not want to work on my SP6, they did however offer alternative services and I proceeded. Communication was poor

Phenomenal service from Will at uBreakiFix!
Will was absolutely amazing. He repaired my phone quickly and perfectly, and his customer service was above and beyond. I asked him about several of my other devices, and not only did he give me solid recommendations and suggestions, he even offered helpful workarounds in case certain repairs were outside of my budget. It’s rare to meet a technician who is both incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about helping the customer. Thank you, Will, for making the whole experience easy and stress-free! Highly recommend!

I took a phone in for a screen replacement and picked it up a week later. A few days after pickup the entire screen was falling out of the phone which caused my son to drop the phone and leave a very small crack. I brought it back and explained they didn't apply enough adhesive and that they should secure the screen. They let me know that I need to pay them again to fix an issue they caused....
