Walked into this store to drop off my Amazon purchase bagged in the original Amazon bag. Was told by the kid @ the counter that my return package needed to sealed. When I asked for some packing tape to seal my bag(which I left open for others to see my return item & not a bag of paper), I was told by the kid @ the counter that he could repackage my return item for $5. How much is a roll of tape vs. 24” +\- (of tape) to seal a bag? Sooooo….., I grabbed my bagged item & left. ? dude!! Recently, I thought about renting a mailbox @ this UPS Store, but after this experience plus another previous stupid act, I promise to never do business @ this store again, nor will I recommend it for Zip Code info. So, I went to the UPS Store on San Ramon Valley Blvd. by Alcosta Blvd., & the Lady behind the counter who helped me /w my Amazon return helped me tape my Amazon bag free of charge. ?. My return instructions from Amazon did not reference taping the bag, nor do any of the UPS Stores post that ALL Amazon return bags/boxes need to be sealed. ?

I asked the lady inside to borrow tape to close the little box She want $3 for it Are you serious?....... Not a friendly stuff at all.

The gir at the shop told me that I will be charged for taping the return box if don't do it the next time.i thought The process is, scan the QR code, then the product with the product going to generic bin so why would I tape the return box? I don't want to threaten, just tell me politely if I'm doing something wrong. Maybe she needs to be trained in good customers' relationship?

Would give a zero if I could.I went to this store multiple times, and they were generally ok. but this time they were trading me very bad.I come in which a att modern return,and amazon packages. they make me go through the self return,which I understand and did. But the self return cannot return the att modem,They want me to go all the way back to the line and wait,even though I was the first in the store.The person working there have a very bad attitude, basically serves me that he don't really care, and.he don't care his job either. Is the typical situation when a poor little guy who have a little by power and want to abuse it to have fun from other people.

Staff here is amazing. I go a little out of my way to go to this location because their service is much better than San Ramon.

Rude staff.Had a very bad experience for Amazon return. Reached there just mins before closing time(not knowing it was closing time). Had 3 returns and the bad cell service was not letting me download the QR code for return. Staff told me that cell service there is always bad and they advise customer to take screenshots beforehand. Somehow managed to download 2 QR code in next 5 mins but the associate refused to wait another 2 mins so that I can download last QR code.At that movement person named Arvind just came in between our conversation and asked me to LEAVE THE STORE immediately.

staff friendly never any issueshad passport photos done here lighting wasnt good unfortunately and they are significantly more expensive for photos than around the corner heads up

They charge $5 minimum for scanning, even if you scan one page. FedEx doesn't do that, so I'd recommend FedEx.

Returned amazon products yesterday.... 24 hours later still not credited to my amazon account. Good that I kept my print out receipt. Will not definitely recommend this place

Great place to do a live scan! Quick and easy. Try to call ahead beforehand and be sure to ask price so you’re not caught off guard.

rude and unreliable staff. I needed international size passport photo.. I was told that the photograph matches the standard requirements. My visa apppointment was following day and ot didnt work. For a refund, the staff there said, "I need to provide a letter from the consulate office that the picture didnt work." Not sure if he has experienced going to an embassy, they have no reason/intent to do that for an applicant.
