This UPS Store sets the bar high for customer service. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed at the door. They let everyone know how long they might expect to wait, and there were clear signs showing where the line started — simple details that made the process smooth and stress-free.
Most importantly, when I mentioned I had more boxes, Noah went above and beyond. He offered me a dolly, stepped away to prop the door open, and even kindly lifted the boxes from the dolly onto the scale.
Noah was kind, calm, and extremely considerate of what I needed. I’m grateful for the experience — if every UPS location operated like this one, shipping would always be a pleasure!

I'm leaving this review a little later than I intended, but I couldn't miss the chance to say how much I appreciated the help I received from Negin at this UPS location.
She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. I had several items to return, and she walked me through the process step by step with such calm and clarity. On top of that, she helped me with printing and sending a fax—something I was a bit stressed about—but she made everything feel easy and smooth.
Negin truly went above and beyond to assist me, and her friendly attitude made a big difference that day. Exceptional service like this is rare, and I’m very grateful. Thank you, Negin!

I was refused notary service for a Russian-language document because the title wasn’t in English and my printed name wasn’t in Latin letters. This directly contradicts California Notary Law:
CA Notary Handbook 2024, p. 20: Documents can be in any language; only the notarial certificate must be in English.
Page 13: Names can be in any script.
Page 10: If the title isn’t in English, a brief description is allowed in the journal.
The notary insisted “this is how I was taught,” but that’s not the law. If you have foreign-language documents, avoid this location.
