Fast and easy self-service kiosk. I've been using this location for years and have never had an issue with missing packages. Always reliable.

Very rude customer service
If you don’t want to be in customer service don’t get a job at post office

They should be trained on how to treat customers. If they don't like their job, they should look for something else. It's always the same here when I send something.

Under staffed, long waits and spending too much time for simple tasks. Needs serious management upgrade

Strangest PO I have ever seen. Lobby hours say open 24 hours / day, 7 days / week and the door is locked. The drop box in the parking lot is shrink wrapped and covered with caution tape so you cannot drop your letter in.

We haven’t received mail for 2 days and I know we have mail because I get emails letting me know what’s coming.

Worst usps ever! People who work at this location was most incompetent and rude employees! That’s what u get when are guaranteed lifelong taxpayer funded salary guarantee for incompetence! They are always too busy chitchatting or laughing and less time spent with mail processing/ helping customers. They also lose lot of things. What a surprise! Avoid this location like a plague!

Make sure your package is packed well if dropping off here. The package bin is 2 steps away but the person at the desk will full on throw your package on to the pile with the others. Bubble wrap and extra padding for anything remotely fragile.

Very rude and unprofessional. We were here to simple do a change of address verification and we provided all document necessary. After the old lady(forgot to ask her name) typed something in the computer, we immediately received a email saying it failed. So naturally we asked why it failed. The lady refused to provide any answer and stated that we should wait for a while. And her colleague somehow joined the conversation to defend her, even though she knows nothing. She said we can expect a tracking number if only we waited. Obviously she just assumed we were impatient for the mail service and started to defend her colleague somehow. I bet the old lady simply doesn’t care and enters some wrong address and her colleague always defend her.

What a bad usps experience :( The two ladies there are not only rude to everyone waiting in line but don’t really want to be there (they were closing the door 15 min before 5pm and telling everybody that they couldn’t process international shipping anymore). I was only dropping off an international package with prepaid postage and immediately told me I couldn’t not ship it because the package was over 40lbs - I had bought the 70lb max shipping service and was under it. 10 min later and asking around about my shipping, they couldn’t find any reason not to ship it and rudely took the package away.
Needless to say, never going back again

I filed a complaint with USPS but wanted to share my experience here as well. There were lots of people in the post office lined up around 1:30 PM–around the same time I entered. The line continued to grow and just a few minutes before 2 PM a guy named Todd came out and told everyone that the doors are closing at 2 PM so basically they need to leave unless they have a drop off. People were obviously upset because they had been waiting in line for a long time and didn’t know that they couldn’t be helped after already being inside. Todd started immediately pretty much going off on everybody saying it’s not his problem/it’s not his fault over and over. He told people, “what did you expect for getting in line at 1:42 PM?” Some people asked what his last name was in order to file a complaint and he said, “I’m not telling you!” It was the craziest, most unprofessional, and rude customer service experience I’ve ever heard from any customer service employee in any industry. Although I was not affected and I was able to complete my service prior to the time USPS closed, I felt so bad for everyone else–not just for them getting kicked out but for the way they were talked to and the way they were kicked out by someone who was just so nasty and clearly didn’t care about anyone. He was arguing with people and getting very loud. Such a nasty employee. Especially around this time of the year… so sad.

They are supposed to be closed at 2PM on Saturday. But when I got there at 1:40 I found they were already closed! USPS sucks!
