We visited at this Verizon store on Saturday 27th January, 2024. Samarfateh attend us and present different amazing deals with patience. We switched from T-mobile to Verizon .We also got best and affordable line plus phones deals. The good thing is that , we have got 3 new iPhone's Promax 15 and one Samsung glaxy s24 ultra in a affordable deal. Samar did such a great job. My family is very excited to have new phones and Verizon unlimited 5g network. Also thankful to each and every representative for hospitality. One more thing need to be mention, Samar's manager was also great to us and super helpful. Highly recommended, 10/10 Verizon store and rep Samar. Thank you .

The employee at this store, Louis, is very unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak to the manager about his attitude, but he said he is the assistant manager and the manager is not there. His attitude was like, I am the boss, and it ends with him. The past few times I have been to this store, I have noticed the same unwelcome feeling. It appears the employees are not happy working there and do not want customers to come in to bother them. Customer service is paramount to the success of a business especially in this competitive market. Having employees with poor service attitude will ruin the business in the long term. I want to patronize the local businesses in my community, but probably will not come back to this store unless the owner seriously addresses their customer service issues and hire the right people.

This is my second visit in two weeks and I'm thrilled with the customer service I received here at the Dublin location, especially from Joseph. I came in with a cracked screen on my new iPhone 15 pro. Joseph went above and beyond to help out - submitting the insurance claim on my behalf and handling everything while I waited with my son who wasn't feeling well. Thank you again!

Everything is such a mess with Verizon. They mishandle upgrades and trade-ins, incorrectly remove monthly trade-in credits randomly, require long calls to customer service to fix their mistakes, and are misleading and sneaky with the promotions. These errors can lead to customers losing thousands of dollars in credits. Verizon is a giant mindless bureaucracy. Many of the front line employees are friendly and well intended, but the company is broken and in decline. Unfortunately the alternatives like ATT and Sprint aren’t any better.

They can fix the problem! Have a couple problems with transfering from other carrier. They fixed it within 30 minutes while att customer service and att store just try to pass the buck.

I don't know what it is about the service at the Verizon store but I'm always so furious leaving it. My recommendation for management on staff is to train their employees or at least train Christopher. I've had to deal with him two times in the last months and it's not a great staff. I will definitely avoid him next time.

Verizon coverage map in Pleasanton and Dublin is not true. From my home in Dublin Ranch and now in Pleasanton I rarely have more than 1 bar. Don't believe the LIE !!!

Don't go to this store at any cost!!I hardly write reviews and this store made me write because of the experience. The agent that I worked did not ask me for any kind of confirmation but made multiple changes in my account. He added Verizon cloud services which was free for 1st month and then 6$ for 2 of the lines. He upgraded another line to Plus without showing me any confirmation or asking me if I am okay for it and that I have to pay 15$ additional for it. He also removed my Disney bundle. Note that even for 1 of the above 4 changes he NEVER asked my consent or showed the tablet screen. He was just mumbling to himself all the while not even telling what he was doing.I had visited the same store last year and had a great experience overall. But after this year, realized online/phone service is many times better.Please check your accounts after your visit this store. Worst experience ever!! I

when you go to not have to call customer service, ask if they can answer your question, and the guy calls verizon and hands you the phone and walks away. no help. I could have done that myself.

After purchasing a new iPhone 14 Pro, we were told to bring the phone back once we received it to have the old phone transferred to the new one. Once we received the phone we went back to this location where we were approached by "Josh- Specialist" printed on his name tag. We were informed that the procedure for transferring to the new phone would be an additional $29.99.This was never mentioned when we purchased the phone, so came as quite a shock. I asked what App we might use to get started, or how to go about this on our own, and "Josh" kept replying I can't tell you. A random customer was more helpful than "Josh". "Josh is a prime example of why so many people shop online now, His customer service skills do not exist and he probably should not be in a job where he has to help customers. his demeanor and willingness to help is non non-existent. This kind of treatment is a real black eye for Verizon as a whole. If you are going to start adding "extra charges" for things then train your employees to be upfront and tell customers so they know what to expect. I personally will NEVER go back to this location. By the way, APPLE helped us for free.

I ordered my phone online and received a great deal with a trade-in. I went to pick up the phone at this store. I had a short wait. The person gave me my phone. Didn't ask if I needed anything else. I asked about setting up the new phone and was told it would be $30. Didn't ask if I wanted to do this just walked away. Very rude. The gal I talked to in chat on line was more personable.

It took an entire afternoon and Hubby had to run to the Livermore Verizon to pick up one of the phones, but we got new phones (from Motorola Turbo 2's to Motorola Edge 2022) and we got them for a GREAT deal, plus 30% on the extra accessories!!! Also, the download of our contacts, pictures, apps, etc. transferred very smoothly and it's so nice to have so much MORE memory!!! Sending a huge THANK YOU to Ricky and Ezra for all of their help and patience!!
