I'd heard their averts on 95.7 The Game so thought I'd check them out as I need a new TV. To be honest, I was skeptical about this place, especially from the outside. The sales guy who greeted me at the door was zero pressure and let me walk around myself until I was ready with questions. He helped me understand the difference between a few tv's I was looking at. He ended up giving me a deal on the better model. The tv I purchased was way cheaper than best buy and target had it. Significant saving, essentially getting a model up for the same price as they had the next model down. Happy customer.

I usually purchase my TV from the big box stores, but these guys are amazing, highly knowledgeable and the pricing knocks everyone out! Picked up a Samsung S90C and Q990C soundbar, pricing was unbeatable! Will definitely come back here.

In 2017, I purchased a 65" Samsung KS9800 for our living room. Sean was our salesman then and offered some really good advice for a TV based on our room size, technology bent, and budget. It was a great price from my recollection - the TV and extended warranty for less than the going sale price of all the local retailers. Fast-forward to now, our bedroom 32" Toshiba LED TV had a dying HDMI input so we went back to Video Only and who did I see again? Sean! But this time he was the store manager. I saw the new Samsung S90C and he gave my wife and I an informal tour. The price of the TV at the time was $2499, what Best Buy and Crutchfield and Amazon were selling it for. Sean said since we were repeat customers he could do better on the price. Out of respect for the process, let's say it was significant enough for my wife to say, "Um we should get that TV." Note to my married friends... my *wife* said this. With that I asked about extended warrantees and a wall mount. Let's just say it was A LOT less than the $400+ and $150+ cost of that *other* electronics retailer across town. We ended up buying the TV, extended warranty, wall mount AND a Yamaha RX-V4a surround receiver and TAX for nearly the sale price of the TV alone from that *other* electronics retailer across town. So the S90C is now in my living room and our "old" 65 tv? Let's just say out bedroom is now a mini-theater! Thanks again Sean and Video Only. I was NOT sorry! :)

Amazing prices and great service from the store employees. The TV I purchased was SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive here than at anyplace else in the area or online. They were helpful in the store and when I went back to exchange the wall mount I purchased, it was done quickly and with no problem. Sean was a great salesman.Highly recommended!

After listening to their "You will be sorry" radio ad multiple times, I went to VideoOnly, Dublin. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of top rated TVs & Soundbars. When my TV died recently, I picked up an LG C3 TV & their price was lower than anywhere else (even during black friday). I also purchased a 5 year warranty at a lower cost. Nicholas was very professional & enthusiastic, communicated with me through email & made purchasing a TV at VideoOnly a pleasant experience. I even recycled my old TV for free. I am very glad to support a local merchant. Keep it up, VideoOnly! You guys are amazing.

I’ve seen this store for years but never shopped there. A friend purchased a TV recently and I asked about her experience. She highly recommended Video Only. So we dropped by to buy a Smart TV. Wow!! Their staff is very knowledgeable about the many different types of televisions that they offer as well as the sound systems that enhance them. The prices here seem to be competitive to much larger stores nearby.

I don't do store reviews. However, my experience with Video Only compels me to. I went to the Dublin location in August to ask about a particular Sony TV. The salesman, Jesse, let me know the particular model wasn't one they stocked but it could be special ordered. Out of curiosity I asked him about another model, the Sony XR77A95L. He gave me an amazing deal on a preorder which other stores can't even attempt. I went ahead and made the preorder. Fast forward some weeks, and a few phone calls to the store asking if there was a delivery update, and the TV finally released. Jesse called me the day of and I was able to pick it up at the Union City warehouse. They also gave me a really great deal on a fully articulating wall mount. The whole process was professional and smooth. Safe to say I will definitely be looking at Video Only first when I, or someone I know, am looking for a TV. Can't recommend them enough.

Customer service and value cannot be matched by any other store in the Bay Area. Staff were very responsive and extremely helpful. My husband is extremely happy with his new purchase and his entire experience with Video Only. Our new go-to when shopping for a TV. Will definitely let my family and friends know. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
