I wanted to rotate the tires on my Tesla - Tesla charges $65 to rotate the tires. Contacted WheelWorks in Dublin, CA because I had bought tires from the in the past and was happy with them - they gave me a quote of $10 to do the rotation and a quick appointment.
The person at the counter had the paperwork ready for me when I went to drop the car off - he said it would take about 1.5 hours but in less than an hour, he called to say my car was ready. It was taken care of without any issues. They also ran a diagnostics on the car and emailed the receipt.
Charging only $10 for almost an hour of labor is unheard of in USA! Great job WheelWorks Dublin.

I had been having issues for a while with my vehicle. Went to other wheelsworks and mechanic shops,l. Even took my car to the dealership, spend $$$$ for diagnostic testing, and everyone still couldn't figure out what the issue was. So a young man, (Tyrece at wheelworks in Livermore..shout out to him) suggested that I maybe reach out to Dublin location to have a fresh pair of eyes look at the vehicle. So I did. And oh boy im glad I did. And it took them 10 MINUTES to figure out what the issue was..you hear me, 10 MINUTES!!!! When I have had to sit a total of 40+ hours and ppl couldn't get it right!!
My mind was blown!! DUBLIN WHEELWORKS,YOU GUYS ARE THE TRUTH!!
Lilianna and the gentleman that worked on my car, both need a raise, gift cards, a few extra paid days off, etc.
Also shout out to Rohail for getting me in so quick. You are the bomb.com..lol

I love taking my business to wheel works! Lilianna and Rohil are so helpful and honest when it comes to what you need done the your car. I wouldn’t recommend no other shop to take your car to! Great prices, Friendly and Fast service! More people need to come here for any car maintenance!!!!!!!!

This location has been extremely disappointing and I feel compelled to escalate this issue.
Appointment Process:
The online appointment system is completely unreliable. The available time slots shown online do not match the actual availability at the location. Customers are essentially set up for failure. It is pointless to book online—calling the store directly is the only way to get accurate information.
Service Experience:
I originally booked an 11 AM appointment online. Fortunately, I called the store at 7:30 AM and learned that the online schedule was incorrect, forcing me to move my appointment to 3 PM because no earlier slots were actually available.
I arrived at 2:15 PM, purchased the lifetime alignment service, and dropped off my vehicle. I was told the estimated completion time would be around 5:30 PM. However, when I checked in at 5 PM, my car had not even been touched. I was then told they were running behind and it would be done by 6 PM.
Despite waiting in the store, at 5:50 PM my car was still sitting in the parking lot. After speaking with the front desk again, I was informed the new ETA would be another 45–60 minutes. At no point did anyone proactively notify me of these delays, nor did anyone show any concern or accountability for the poor service.
At this stage, I completely lost trust in their ability to handle my vehicle or honor their commitments. Frustrated and after wasting over four hours of my time, I cancelled the service and left.
I will not be returning to the Dublin location under any circumstances. This level of disorganization and disregard for customers is unacceptable. God help this location if this is how they operate.

The service was good, we got exactly on the time of our appointment and the staff was very helpful. I needed all four of my wheels refinished, and they turned out amazing. The team was professional, prompt, and the price was very competitive

I had an amazing experience at this tire shop. The staff was professional and explained all my options clearly without trying to upsell me. They installed my new tires quickly, checked my alignment, and made sure everything was safe before I left. Fair prices and excellent customer service — highly recommend!

OK, I just picked up my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. Got a tune up, got 4 tires, brakes and other stuff. I did not know that my truck wasn't supposed to sound and/or feel like somebody kicking a tin can down the street. That thing is so smooth now. I felt like Aladdin on a carpet. I thought maybe they had changed it to an electric vehicle. I wondered if I left the place, but forgot my truck. That's how good it feels, so good job to the men and women of Wheel Works on Regional street. Thank you for everything you've done, and thanks for my almost new truck again. 😊

I stopped by Wheel Works for a little help replacing my wiper blades and was helped by Rohail. He was so kind, personable, fast, and got them on in less than 5 minutes! I tried to tip him and he wouldn't even take a tip. Couldn't recommend highly enough! Thank you Rohail!
