We had been searching for a Telluride on all the web pages for the SF bay area dealers and this dealership has the largest selection of Kia automobiles. We stopped by the dealership and was immediately approached by Essa Karimi, he was kind and helpful, we told him what we were looking for and he took us to the cars that we asked about. We continued to ask questions about price and options, and he did not give us a "hard sale" posture, instead was responsive to our questions. we arrived on to two basic tracks, Most loaded, and most cost effective. He helped us weigh through the options and we made an easy decision. We did leave the dealership to discuss the purchase own and returned the next day to make the purchase. We were NEVER pressured to make the purchase and we happily left the dealership with a new vehicle. I highly recommend Essa Karimi as a sales consultant and Dublin Kia as a sales location to anyone that needs to buy a new car.

Everyone there even Kevin the finance guy had such great Personalities and made it a memorable experience. We have loved the car for a couple weeks now and can't wait to keep driving it long distances!

Bought my vehicle couple of weeks back here. It was nice experience from the beginning. Johnny was very helpful in understanding my commuting needs and made sure provided valuable information to help me decide. He did not rush me into making any decision or putting any extra costs besides what the vehicle is listed at. Definitely recommend Johnny if you are getting your new car at Kia

We were promptly greeted upon arrival and our sales professional Johnny Bafaiz was great. He worked hard to secure us a good deal and the transaction happened quickly.Updating my post - unfortunately after the sale, service has dropped considerably. It’s been a month since I’ve purchased the vehicle and the dealership has still not upheld their end of their agreement. I don’t like to give negative reviews but after giving the dealership a month to make things right I’m left feeling quite disappointed.

I HAVE to write a review about our experience with the team members at Dublin Kia! My husband and I have purchased many cars and we were blown away with the experience we had at Dublin Kia. It has been BY FAR, the BEST car buying experience we have ever had!We have been looking at getting a new car that was a plug in hybrid as my husband now commutes from San Ramon to Campbell every day. We initially were looking at a Prius but there were none available (thank goodness!). We have always loved Kia (this is now our 5th), so my husband decided to look and see what was available. He found a Kia Niro at the Dublin Kia and called and spoke with Bass and worked with him to quickly get everything set.After all the kids activities were done, we drove over to sign the paperwork around 6 pm. The staff were simply amazing! They didn't rush us, there was absolutely no pressure and gave us multiple options to consider. They were all so kind, patient and truly genuine. We absolutely loved working with Bassir Fakhri, Mohammed Nader and Kevin Le. They all definitely went the extra mile for us even when signing the paperwork was past closing. Thank you so, so much Bass, Nader and Kevin!Kudos to the fantastic staff at Dublin Kia! If you want a great car but an even GREATER car buying experience, go to Dublin Kia!

Amazing Vehicles & Personalized Service at Dublin Kia - drive with the tiger nose!If you are in the market for a new car, the available line up from Kia is not to be missed. When I started my own new car search, I discovered that Dublin Kia has an especially comprehensive selection of the best trim choices for each model. Don't be fooled into thinking these are merely the functional vehicles Kia produced yesteryear. I'm talking stunning design, impressive performance, luxury interiors and the latest tech - you'll be sure to WOW. For me, I was looking to replace my first electric car, which was an early entry in the market and relatively basic in every way (I was an earlier adopter). I went with an EV6 from Dublin Kia. It does not disappoint. I am not shy in admitting that I went with the EV6 from Dublin Kia over a passenger car from that major EV producer we all know. Comparing, my EV6 is more comfortable, has better range and blows that other manufacturer's closest (cost wise) comparative option away with its high-end but sporty looks. The staff at Dublin Kia are dedicated to building long-term relationships, not merely making a quick car sale. I was especially impressed by their effort to tailor their customer service approach to me individually, rather than offer the distasteful "take it or leave it" tactic so common at other auto dealerships. For instance, my concern about the current inflationary economy and the considerable cost of modern vehicles meant maximizing value was a priority for me, and Mohammad Nader made sure to sharpen his pencil to make sure I knew that every dollar I spent did just that. In arranging the financing, Raymond Sultani remained keenly sensitive to this perspective when recommending supplemental products. I also have to say, he continued to graciously welcome my inevitable after-the-fact questions, even though the deal was already done, which I immensely appreciated. In addition, despite my transaction being finalized on his day off, Kash Sing made certain my EV6 was prepped and ready for me on time, and he meticulously reviewed the comfort and safety features with me so I could drive with confidence. And they weren't done yet. I got follow-up calls to check on how I liked my EV6 and inviting me to let them know if I needed anything. I'm thrilled to be part of the Dublin Kia family and thank each of these gentlemen, as well as General Manager Shah Karimi, for their service excellence.I'm so thrilled to be driving an EV6, complete with the iconic Kia "tiger nose," and I am so happy that I found it and a fantastic customer centric team at Dublin Kia!

My experience with buying a new car from this dealer was bad from the start. First, I am experiencing buyer’s remorse because my car does not meet the expectations I had. I wish my salesman would have showed me the next level of trim because the level I bought just feels lacking. He didn’t even mention the features of the higher trim level. Next, my tire was damaged beyond repair from a screw. I called multiple (x4) times to make an appointment to get my tire replaced. No one ever called me back. So, I went into the dealer and spoke with the sales manager. He said he would have the service supervisor call me first thing the next day. I was never called. So I called. The sales supervisor asked me the tire size. I said I didn’t know but it was a brand new KIA Niro EV. He said, “well that doesn’t tell me the tire size”… So I had to look up the tire size instead of the service SUPERVISOR of the KIA DEALER looking it up in the Kia system…. I decided I was done with this dealer and called Big-O-Tires. Never again will I buy a car from this dealer or get my car serviced here.

Bought my vehicle here last year. They gave me the price I wanted and weren’t pushy nor did they try to make me buy extra warranties/merchandise. They’re so professional and make you feel confident that you’re getting the vehicle and price that receive. I’d definitely will buy another vehicle here. The wait wasn’t long and the process was actually pretty fast. I didn’t have to spend my whole day off there.

I never had posted a review at the time, but it’s in my head and wanted to share. Fresh out of school in 2015, I moved to the Bay and found myself in need of a car. Had originally been lured in on a bait-and-switch in which this dealership was advertising attractive pricing on the Kia Forte. Wouldn’t you know it? Once I got there, the promotion was suddenly over.The “salesman” then proceeded to show me a bunch of used cars that might work for me. A 2014 Kia with a sticker price of ~$13k looked like a good fit so we start taking. Now mind you, I had great credit (780+) due to having used multiple credit products responsibly for years by that point, a healthy savings balance (saved all through college), and a stable income with a reputable institution.The salesman proceeds to quote me a nearly 8% interest rate at which I scoffed. So I got up and started to walk out. Suddenly, another individual “worked his magic” to bring the rate down into the 5’s (interesting, why didn’t it start there?). I reconsider and go along with it as things are feeling somewhat fair again.Then I get led into a special little side room where a wholly unethical individual proceeded to imply I could not leave that day without agreeing to a horrendously overpriced gap insurance coverage that added in excess of $2k to the bill. As a novice buyer, I didn’t understand the games he was playing. (By the way, I just recently received a decent sum of money from Wells Fargo for their role in overcharging for gap coverage, which also happened to be the same bank that floated the loan - makes you wonder).This place is an ethical black hole. Can’t recommend ever doing business with these guys. I’m still annoyed about it all these years later. If my story teaches us anything, it’s: 1) these guys are overcharging on loan rates and have considerable discretion and 2) they employ high pressure, misleading sales tactics to corner young buyers.Another thing to mention: the oil was so filthy on the Kia I purchased that it took 3 cycles of changing before mechanics stopped commenting on how terribly dirty it was. And I can tell you it wasn’t me - I’ve always been religious about oil changes.I will thank Dublin Kia for this though: I’m a serious negotiator in auto transactions, now, and my latest ride (a beautiful Mazda) was gotten for a steal. So thanks for that, peeps.Watch your back here, my friends.

I'm only giving 3 stars because they fixed my car under warranty and it saved me a few thousand dollars.However, the communication with the service department is horrendous. I dropped my car off to them in June and when it first arrived I was given a link that was supposed to update me on the status of my car. An entire month went by and I hadn't been told anything and after reaching out several times I was finally contacted a month and a half later and was told my service technician kept calling out sick and the status of my car was still pending. A few more weeks went by and I contacted them again because at this point I had not been given a courtesy car or any update on my car. Once the two month mark hit and after finally getting in touch with someone in service I was given a loaner vehicle which I truly appreciated. I was told they were still waiting on approval of whether my car could be fixed under warranty. Another month went by and I wasn't told any status. Then finally this past week I was told my car had been ready for weeks but I had only been called once. When I went to pick up my car my assigned service tech was not there but I was told everything had been fixed. Well to my surprise my battery was dead upon leaving and Kia had to give me a jump. When I got home my car wouldn't even start again so I called triple A and they confirmed that during the 3 months of my car being in the shop, Kia just let my battery die and never charged it while it was in service. I was forced to buy a new battery within an hour of picking up my car at the dealership. Not only that but my dash screen is no longer working either! Lastly, after my car being there for 3 months, it was returned to me filthy. I have had my car serviced at other Kia dealerships in the Bay Area and they have always washed and cleaned my car before returning it back to me but it's obvious Dublin Kia just let my car sit and accumulate dust. I was told my service tech would reach out to me the following day to go over everything that was done with my car and to express the concerns of the state of my car when I picked it up but still have not heard back. Overall, almost every single person I came in contact with at Kia was rude in some way. With the exception of the lady who handled the loaner car paperwork and the lady who released my car back to me the day I picked it up.

I'm in my 50's and have been purchasing new cars for decades. I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Dublin Kia, and I must say that this was the best customer service experience I have ever encountered, surpassing the service I have previously received from BMW, Acura, VW, and Subaru.Having owned two Acura SUVs in the past, I can unequivocally state that my 2023 Kia Sorento is a superior vehicle. From the moment I stepped into Dublin Kia, I was impressed by their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring a seamless car-buying experience. Essa went above and beyond to address all my questions and concerns, making sure I felt confident and satisfied with my decision.
