“I worked with this knowledgeable EA to fix a previous tax year error. Mr. Perez and his entire staff were friendly, attentive, and they went above and beyond to fix the IRS issue. He took the time to answer my questions regarding tax issues and current regulations. He immediately found the problem and explained it to me in detail in a manner a layperson would understand [I’m a biologist and don’t know much about taxes and find them intimidating].
