“I always get excellent service here. The only thing i wasn't too happy about was the lack of seating. There were only two chairs inside the waiting room at the time of my visit to get my tires rotated, so i had to sit outside on the cement wall ledge thing.
Other then That, there is a small room for improvement when it comes to service reminders, it would be nice to have Mountain View Tires place some kind of static cling label in the windshield for tire rotation reminders like just having the return at mileage (-----) for rotation sign. At the Ford dealer, i take my car to get oil changes, i always get a reminder static cling sticker on the windshield that tells me to bring it by a specific date or mileage.
I would like to see that in the future with Mountain View Tires.
Other than that, 4 stars because of the lack of seating. ? please put the chairs back you guys had before. Thank you. ?”

“I can't recommend Grand Prix Tire highly enough!
I had a 9:30 AM appointment to replace all four of my tires on a Saturday. I had somewhere I absolutely needed to be by 11:30 AM, and I also needed my car for Sunday. I didn't realize they closed at 2 PM on Saturdays and weren't open on Sundays. Honestly, I expected it to be like most tire shops where you're waiting around for hours.
Instead, Ronnie went above and beyond. He listened to my situation, reassured me they'd do everything they could, and told me to come back by 11:00 AM. To my surprise, they actually called me well before 11 to let me know my car was already finished!
When I arrived, Ronnie was helping another customer, but another gentleman greeted me immediately with a friendly attitude and had me checked out in less than five minutes. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free.
It's rare to find a business that values your time as much as Grand Prix Tire does. Their team is prompt, poised, professional, and genuinely committed to excellent customer service. They turned what I thought would be a stressful morning into one of the easiest automotive service experiences I've ever had.

I went in for the smog check, but because his shop was busy, he had taken my car to his trusted mechanic who does the smog check. “Traveling alone last weekend I hit something on the freeway which punctured 2 tires. I pulled off at the very first exit and to my surprise, this tiny tire place was just off the freeway. Christian was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. He took a quick look at my tire and told me it didn’t seem to be anything major. He said it would take about 45 minutes to an hour.
About 10 minutes later, he came back and told me they had found a nail in the tire and could fix it right away for FREE!! My car was ready less than 20 minutes!

I was told on two different days that I could come in at 4:30pm to get my brakes done, but when I arrived, I was told the brakes area was closed. He was very nice and concerned for mine and my kids safety if I continued to drive my car with the damage on my tire. He showed me and I was very grateful I came here when I did to replace my tire.
