“I bought a new Honda Accord 2 years ago. I got a flat tire, fixed it but the light kept turning on, telling me to put air in the tire. Went to the dealership 6 times in 2 weeks. They gave me the runaround . I was so upset because it's still a new car! A friend suggested Calling Jason. I merely described the issue over the phone and right away, he knew what it was. He told me to come by. I did and his demeanor and expertise blew me away. The guy is amazing, fair and honest. Won't take it anywhere else.”

“My coworker recommended me this place after getting a flat tire the day prior. I searched them up on here and saw majority were good reviews. I went in today in the morning and let them know I have a flat tire. One of the guys started working immediately on my flat tire. 2 guys commented that I need new tires especially with the rain approaching. I already knew that, but appreciated the reminder lol they had quoted me for 4 new tires with an unknown name brand that I didn't recognize so definitely pass. After he quoted me, I asked how much will my patch be. He said it'll be $29. I never paid $29 to do a patch on my tires which I have 17 inch tires. My coworker even told me he only pays $20 when he goes and felt like they up-charged me. That's the only reason why I'm giving them a 4 star. but overall experience was great with the employees. Just felt like I was overcharged cause I usually pay $20.”

“Ryan's auto is so great I had an electrical issue on my car and I called them at 3:30 PM on a Wednesday and they told me I could bring it by even though they close at 4 and they diagnosed the issue right away and told me to bring it back in first thing in the morning which I did and by 11 AM Thursday the car was completely fixed. “I was in town for a reunion and woke up Friday morning at my hotel with a flat tire. I called Pasadena Tire Pros and talked to Henry who understood my difficulty, was very understanding and fit me into their busy schedule immediately. I brought the car over and Henry had the flat taken care of in less than 30 minutes. And the repair charge was very reasonable. I found this really awesome place on Yelp, and connected with Felipe and Fidel who were both really great and gave me an awesome deal on 2 almost brand new (barely used) Bridgestone tires that usually run over $300 each brand new! My car had a loose steering wheel problem then and dealership mechanics wanted to replace the whole steering wheel unit but Alvin found out better solution with just replacing the coupling joint which saves me a lot of money. That's why I rely on him on my E46 now.. It's hard to find an honest mechanic who's also knowledgeable in BMW's. I highly recommend this shop.”
