East Rancho Dominguez Park is a local park with a community center offering lots of activities, a playground, plenty of picnic tables, tennis courts, basketball court, and a parking lot. Several food trucks are always in the area, with many options of food and snacks, plus a paletero and elotero around. It is one of the nicest parks in Compton, much better than others in the city, with programs for after school and children. The park is open after a few months of remodeling and is very nice. There is still illegal activity going on at the picnic tables, such as gambling.
