Following a car accident at Lake Tahoe during the Covid pandemic, I incurred damage to the front fender area, including broken struts. Initially, I addressed the mechanical issues to ensure safe driving but couldn't afford the approximately $3,000 estimate for the body repairs.Recently, my mechanic informed me that the car wasn't safe for highway driving due to the fender damage compromising the front tire. Faced with the decision of investing more money in body repairs or scrapping the car, I stopped by Kennedy, and Ray said it would cost around $3,000 to restore the body to pristine condition. However, Ray proposed an alternative solution--he could fix the fender to make it safe for driving. Utilizing a special tool, he successfully pulled out the fender, eliminating any scraping.The experience was marked by excellent customer service, honesty, and, most importantly, a sense of relief. I am running a non-profit that I founded, so money is tight and driving a pristine, cool-looking car is far less important than my safety. Now, if only finding my new Medicare health plan were as straightforward, I'd be even happier. LOL.”
