My "Coolant Level Low, Turn Off Engine" light went on, so I had the car towed to them, and within a few hours, they had found that the problem was a bad sensor, replaced a part, and I was on my way. (Also, they gave me a ride home and back.) At a time when customer service sucks almost everywhere, they were terrific.”
“We got a flat tire around 3:30pm on Saturday on the way to SF and called up Fast track. They were available to change it to our spare tire. Thank you so much for doing it free of cost.. we were able to get our toddler back home safely.”
“I was able to get an inspection and certificates for brake and lamp to allow me to register my previously salvage title car. This was the only shop in the area that I could find that does these inspections.No appointments allowed, if you call ahead he can give you a window of time to bring the car by.”

“Kennedy came highly recommended by my Next Door community, and I'm grateful I took their advice. Ray, a very pleasant and helpful individual, assisted me. Following a car accident at Lake Tahoe during the Covid pandemic, I incurred damage to the front fender area, including broken struts. Initially, I addressed the mechanical issues to ensure safe driving but couldn't afford the approximately $3,000 estimate for the body repairs.Recently, my mechanic informed me that the car wasn't safe for highway driving due to the fender damage compromising the front tire. Faced with the decision of investing more money in body repairs or scrapping the car, I stopped by Kennedy, and Ray said it would cost around $3,000 to restore the body to pristine condition. However, Ray proposed an alternative solution--he could fix the fender to make it safe for driving. Utilizing a special tool, he successfully pulled out the fender, eliminating any scraping.The experience was marked by excellent customer service, honesty, and, most importantly, a sense of relief. I am running a non-profit that I founded, so money is tight and driving a pristine, cool-looking car is far less important than my safety. Now, if only finding my new Medicare health plan were as straightforward, I'd be even happier. LOL.”
“H&H Automotive (John) is an outstanding mechanic. We've been going to him for years with all of our vehicles, and he never disappoints - reasonable price, fast turnaround, honest service. John takes pride in getting the job done right - I recently brought my GMC to him to fix what I thought was a fuel pump issue. I asked him to just replace it, John didn't think that was the issue and he personally spent extra time diagnosing it correctly and saved me lots of money. “Went to see Brian and Chris yesterday just for an oil change on my 2004 Toyota truck. As always they were fantastic in getting me in ( appointment) on time and starting, telling me it would be about an hour. The garage is immaculate, the tv waiting room with books and plants immaculate, and the service with explanation of all when finished is something most shops do not do!!!! Brian said my truck was fine, just a tire that may need to be replaced next year ( starting to crack)... These guys take pride in their work and are totally honest and reliable. They were recommended to me by long time customers and it was the best experience ever finding Toy Toyota and meeting these great people!!! THANK YOU!!! Hard to find honest mechanics but if you want honest work and info check this place out!!!! Love it!!!”

“PLEASE do yourself a favor and go to Specialized Auto Care Center for your car needs! They are open everyday of the week until 10 PM. I've been servicing my cars there for years from oil change to complicated engine diagnostics. Recently sunny swapped the engine of my 2014 Toyota Corolla with the lowest cost compared to any other places. They swapped the engine within a day and I've had no issues since the work was done a couple of months ago. Response time is quick and I had a great customer service experience. Sunny is very friendly and professional.”

“I took my car here because I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. I was next door at Benz Auto body for repairs to the bumper/light when my car stopped running. Glad I was in the area lol. When I walked in the gentleman was very nice. I left my car there overnight and the next day they called me and told me what was wrong with. It actually felt they were being fair with pricing and they also informed me that my car will be ready by the end of the day, which was perfect. This car is actually for my daughter to get back-and-forth to high school, so I need it to be in good working condition. My car runs like a beauty now!! “Had no idea 2 tire shops are next to each other bc went to the corner one first! Have been buying tires from Costco til was informed they no longer carry P185/65R14. Thx to Denny for his quick follow-up to set aside the tires, which I learned some places have to order, & to Kurt's suggestion to rotate the still good front tires to the rear & install the new ones in the front. There is a big parking lot to the side which I discovered only after entering the biz from what I now know as the back entrance. The wait space was adequate w tv set to news channel.”

“Alberto is a good mechanic and it is hard to find these days. I had my 2001 Nissan maxima that failed SMOG. I tried many places with different mechanics including Nissan dealer. Dealer says, change catalytic convertor but they cannot order parts anymore, what a waste of time and money. One says, just keep driving, keep drying until LA. Another suggested try OBDII drive cycle. I tried it but no luck. One other mechanic recommended a Catalytic convertor replacement that costs approx $1800. I took it to Albert to see if he can help. Albert did his diagnostic and suggested to try replacing O2 sensor first. I took the chance although i lost lot of money trying to repair so far. Alberto ordered part and had it replaced for about $320(parts&labor). I think he is good at what he does and trustworthy. I highly recommend his auto services.”
