Frank was easy to work with and his crew, led by Fabian, was simply awesome. We could ask for a better company to install our new system. 3-days total and the old system fine and new one installed. All work was done according to the quote we were provided, no upscope or additional charges were asked for. All Air Masters is an excellent company. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.”

This is my first Thor purchase. I bought the 6 burner with sear side burner and side shelf. First it's beautiful! Comes with a custom heavy duty cover, smooth rolling wheels. And it is a beast for cooking- only had it for 2 weeks, but it heats up quickly, cooks evenly Nice purchase!”

“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”
“I recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.”

“If you need a new TV or need help with Sony electronics, do yourself a favor and go to this store and ask for Jimmy. He is seriously one of the kindest and most helpful employees I have ever met. Usually employees tend to push their products too hard and/or push memberships of some sort on me (which makes me look for the closest door to escape) but Jimmy simply answers every question and is genuinely enthusiastic about the products he is selling (Sony TV is the product in question). My TV is getting older and I am looking to replace it with a nicer one. I don’t live anywhere near Riverside, but I plan to go all the way back to this specific store and look for Jimmy when I’m ready to replace it because he is the perfect employee to help me. I can’t tell you how kind, supportive, and non-pushy he was. His love for Sony products really shines through in the way he spoke…and now I am sold on them!! I know what TV I’m getting next and I will be back for any electronic purchase I need from now on…to this specific store and to this specific employee. It is rare for me to find someone so positive, caring, warm, and helpful. Thank you Jimmy for everything, I hope to be there soon for a new TV, amongst other things!”

They have a great supply of topsoil, a wide variety of seeds, and all the essentials you need for a successful vegetable garden. From tools to planters, everything is easy to find and well-stocked. The staff is helpful, and the cashier I interacted with was especially friendly, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend Lowe's for any gardening project!”
“Went to Ferguson's for a specific part my husband needed for the sink. Since this is the first time I have been here, and I have no clue where anything would be, I waited for the person at the cash register to help. I didn't get his name, but he was super nice and helped me find the product my husband needed. Unfortunately, they were out of stock on the item, but the guy offered a replacement product that was similar but it wouldn't work for the sink we had. I appreciate the time he took to help me and I went to another Ferguson's and they had the part and I didn't need to ask anyone since I knew where it was from this Ferguson's. Will be back for my plumbing needs!”
