“Shopping for an entire set of appliances for a kitchen remodel can be overwhelming and stressful. But...at Pacific Sales in Corona it was quite the opposite! We made two visits looking for exactly what we wanted. During our visits we worked with Joe, Kevin and Peaches. Each sales person was knowledgeable, cordial (and fun) and did their best to understand our needs. There wasn't any pressure (since they don't work on commission) but they did make sure we knew all our options, and allowed us to make decisions that we were comfortable with. In the end we settled on some great appliances at very good prices. The administration staff was very efficient and polite as well!
When we finished the process, we felt like we'd made friends with the entire staff! We'll be back soon for a new TV!”

“I have had many homes and custom grill islands but this was the best experience ever, from Chad the consultant to the build team to the installers. The challenge was that we are in Northern California, so everything was planned, designed and co-ordinated at a distance. But the entire process was so smooth, the communication with Chad was excellent, and the construction team did a fabulous job. And the installation crew of Adam, Luis and Angel are so skilled and just the best. If you want the best, go to the Best of Backyard”

“Brenda knows vacuums! After determining my blown out hose could not be replaced (don't buy a Shark! No replaceable parts!), she gave me a marked down price on a new pet hair Bissel that has a 5-yr warranty and replaceable parts. It's not in a great part of town and the shop is cluttered, but Brenda is good people.”

“I recently purchased a Duromax XP15000HXT. It came as promised. I connected a small propaned tank and it started on the 2nd try. After it ran for about 2 hours it began to surge. That was becaused it was cold outside and the propane tank had frozen up. I shut it down and moved it back inside. 3 days later I had decided to finish the break-in period with gasoline until I got larger propane tanks. It tried to start but, immediately stopped. I tried this several times with no luck. I then reconnected the propane tank which naturally had thawed out by then. Same results, it would try to start but, immediately "stumble" and stop and the battery was getting low. I connected a charger to the battery and then I called Duromax service and left a message for them to call me back. While waiting about 20 minutes I decided to go and try it again. Immediately it started and ran on the propane. Then I switched it over to gasoline, waited a few minutes and then I tried again and it immediately started and ran on the gasoline. About 2 hours later I got a call from a representative. After I explained it all he told me that when I change fuels it may take a little time for the electronics to change over. Perhaps I over reacted a little at first but, we have a large Winter storm approaching and most likely we will lose power. Anyway, bottom line is I think it should be put in the instructions or some kind of notice that when the unit is switched from gasoline to propane it may take a little time for the electronics to switch over. However, I am very pleased they returned my call so suddenly.”

“Just want to give a shout out to the paint department! Jaiden greeted me with a big smile when he saw me enter the area with a picture. I showed him the artwork and said I wanted to paint an accent wall with one of the blues in the painting. He suggested a number of shades and put them against the painting for me to match. He told me the difference in paints and suggested that Satin would work the best in the room. He was very kind and helpful. It's rare and nice to see his generation treating a 59 year old woman with respect. He didn't rush me and made me feel confident in my choice of color. I will post a picture when it's done!
