“I called Empire after another shop failed have a bed cover delivered by the time I arrived of my install appointment. Since no ETA was given for when it would delivered, I searched online for other shops in the area and Empire Motorsports popped up. I gave them a call and spoke to Justin. He told me they had what I needed in stock, quoted a price, and scheduled me for an appointment the same day in the morning. I drove over to the shop and the bed cover was installed in about an hour. It fits perfectly and feels solid. Fast, professional service—highly recommend.”

It was a busy day and he managed to get me checked in quick and helped me with rental options. Ebonee also helped me to get a rental Bronco that I ended up buying, so kudos to her for starting that process! Joseph in sales is on another level cool. His customer service is award winning, so whatever he’s getting paid, it needs to be doubled. He got into the Bronco that I’ve wanted for years, and after being there awhile, they bought me some take out food too. “I bought LED headlights and switchback bulbs for my truck just over a year ago. (3157 4157 LED Front Turn Signal Bulbs T3 Series) The first set of switchbacks didn't last 3 months. I reached out, they sent me new ones, and now for a year the bulbs have worked great. I really like them. (130W H13 9008 LS Plus Series) The headlight bulbs are insanely bright! It's border line annoying getting high beamed all the time but I can see the world at night.”

“I drove an hour to this BMW repair shop and it was absolutely worth it. The service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The repairs were completed within the promised timeframe, and the shop is in a beautiful location which made the visit even better.
They converted the SMG transmission to a manual and performed a valve adjustment on my E46 M3. The difference is incredible — the car is now a true 6-speed and drives exactly how it should. The valve adjustment eliminated the noise completely, and the car feels smoother and more responsive than ever.
The quality of the work and attention to detail really show. If you’re looking for a shop that knows BMWs and does things the right way, this is the place. You’ve earned a customer for life.”

The customer service was outstanding... easily some of the best I’ve seen in years. They went above and beyond, kept communication solid, and made the whole process smooth.
When I showed up, the crew did a compression test on the engine right in front of me, washed it down, loaded it up, and made sure everything was good to go. You can tell they take pride in what they do. The owner, David runs a great operation... A+ all around.
