His customer service is award winning, so whatever he’s getting paid, it needs to be doubled. “I bought LED headlights and switchback bulbs for my truck just over a year ago. (3157 4157 LED Front Turn Signal Bulbs T3 Series) The first set of switchbacks didn't last 3 months. I reached out, they sent me new ones, and now for a year the bulbs have worked great. I really like them. (130W H13 9008 LS Plus Series) The headlight bulbs are insanely bright! It's border line annoying getting high beamed all the time but I can see the world at night.”

“I drove an hour to this BMW repair shop and it was absolutely worth it. The service exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The repairs were completed within the promised timeframe, and the shop is in a beautiful location which made the visit even better.
They converted the SMG transmission to a manual and performed a valve adjustment on my E46 M3. The difference is incredible — the car is now a true 6-speed and drives exactly how it should. The valve adjustment eliminated the noise completely, and the car feels smoother and more responsive than ever.

The whole process with my insurance company took a few days longer than I was originally told, and I would have appreciated a bit more communication from Seidner's in that regard, thus the 4 stars instead of 5.”

“My daughter was a new driver so I bought her an older car with low miles for its age. She drove carefully and was accident free for over a year when a careless driver “side-swiped” her when pulling out from a neighborhood. I only had liability insurance so I had to pay for the repair out of pocket. went to several collision shops for estimates Ruben and his team immediately just said to bring her car in and their estimate was over 30% cheaper than the other shops that I visited. Ruben and his team ordered the parts and repaired my daughter’s car within 3 days. After seeing the completed work, I could not believe the quality of the repair and paint finishing. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND Ruben’s Auto Collision for his integrity, professionalism and quality. There are many choices within the Rancho Cucamonga & Ontario area for auto repair, but Ruben and his team truly standout above all the rest!!! I trust him with all of me and my familiy’s vehicles.
UPDATE 11/25/25: I just wanted to give an update to my use of Ruben’s for Auto Body repair work… My son’s daily driver (2007 Honda Fit) revealed a pretty significant leak during the rain storms we were having in SoCal. Emir and Rubin were able to diagnose the source of the leak and even worked on preventing known leak problems in this older car. They never hesitated with solving our auto problems and they gave us great pricing as loyal return customers. I can’t say enough how much I value the quality work and professionalism of this business. Cheers to Emir and Ruben for your excellent service!!”
