From my very first visit, the shop felt welcoming. Even though I didn’t know much about off‑road parts or truck upgrades, the team treated me with patience and respect.
Brian took the time to walk me through several reliable brands that fit my budget and helped me understand how each part would affect my truck.
He gave me a fast, fair quote — no games, no pressure.
On my second visit, I had a new bumper installed (shown in the photos above)
I absolutely love how it came out — the design, the fit, the whole look. Their install work was clean and professional, and they even went above and beyond by diagnosing and fixing a check‑engine light that popped up during the swap. Brian kept me updated the entire time, which really reassured me.
They finished the project Friday afternoon, but since I couldn’t pick up my truck until Saturday, Brian made sure it was no problem at all. That flexibility meant a lot.
All in all, Brian and his team have been a blessing — not just to me, but to many others. I highly recommend Liberty Off‑Road not only for off‑road builds, but for general vehicle maintenance as well.

We were all MISERABLE, especially my six month old and having the windows down being stuck in traffic wasn’t cutting it. O’Reilly’s happen to be the closest auto parts store near our planned destination. Mo was so helpful. We had previously attempted to charge the line with fre-on and it was unsuccessful because we didn’t charge it enough. Mo saved the trip with his upbeat personality and we were able to crack jokes instead of being frustrated at the situation. We happily “froze” on our way back while blasting the AC making the traffic bearable. In short: Outstanding customer service!”

In searching I found that it was coming from a failed o-ring in my oil cap. I bought these parts over two years ago!
