“Well, I will start by saying I visited the EASTVALE location for the first time yesterday. I recently moved and I will be visiting that store from now on. The employees I spoke with yesterday were very PROFESSIONAL & FRIENDLY . I really liked them. I also liked the location in RIVERSIDE on VAN BUREN. However, I STRONGLY DISLIKED the old location that was closed down in Riverside. When I had to do business there , I did not like the attitude and prying questions of two employees.”

“At 10:30 on December 8, I brought two friends to open an account. I saw an enthusiastic security guard at the door. He was very friendly and greeted us in the morning, which made us feel good. Then the lobby manager who opened our account at 12:30 was Yvonne M. Lopez. She is a very lovely lady who was very efficient and quickly helped us open two accounts, including mobile banking, and was very thoughtful in explaining everything about how to use it. I like her service so much, sincere, friendly and efficient. We are foreigners but we feel at home. Thank you again for your bank service!”

“I had started to hate the bank, until I got Desiree as a specialist to help me, she needs to teach all those other ladies, how to deal with clients, she goes above and beyond, to listen, she is so proffessional, knowledgeable, compassionate, patient and the reason ,she understands privacy and will always protect your information n won't ask u to state your business in the line, as those other ladies do.
Please use her to teach the rest of the staff, she is the perfect face of the bank in my opinion.”
