Everyone was sharply dressed, fully focused and kindly engaged in their hustle, and Jassie especially stood out as an incredibly quick and efficient Worker with a radiantly healing smile. I walked in ten minutes before closing and the line was long but the Managers were Professional in not locking the doors until it was five and making sure everyone who came before five was taken care of thoroughly. “Absolutely has been 5 Star service during COVID and ever since. Chase on Hidden Valley was horrible enough for us to withdraw all of our money and open an account at Citi bank at that location.
