“First off, the owner here is amazing! She’s always so kind and attentive to anyone who walks in through the door. The boutique is so organized and neatly set up with a variety of clothes sectioned off by size. You’ll find gently used clothes and new handmade clothes. Also some sections are organized by season which is helpful. Some gently used shoes as well as toys! I truly enjoy coming here always something new to find :)”
“Cool spot for little ones. You can take your little one to create they're own special stuffed animal. It's a fun experience for all. You stuff a doll of your choice, add a heart, and create a birth certificate. They also have little extras like a sound and even a scent to add in your stuffed animal. They sell clothes for the dolls as well as little accessories. You can take your little one on their birthday month and get a birthday bear and the cost will be the age of your child. We were in today creating a bear for my 1 year old. We also got our bear a t-shirt. Fun experience and safe to say this will be our birthday tradition ❤ I added a pic or the sanrio dolls because I thought they were cute ?”
“MUCH BETTER… so last time their was a tall guy and some other staff goofing off at the counter in this location and the service was lame. This time it was so much better! Their was a different duo at the check-out counter this time and the new guy I got was super respectful and nice! The store has some good deals, I came in looking for socks and got three high-quality pairs, $4 dollars each! I’m happy to say the store looked more orderly too! I’ll be returning.”

“I was heading towards the exit of Tyler small when this storefront caught my eye. Walked in and was warmly greeted by employee Justin. Maybe he was the Manager? Wouldn’t know, he was just super chill. Immediately I was drawn to the IE heart logo hats. Having spent more than half my life in the Inland Empire, I definitely have love for the IE. Never saw it expressed so awesomely though! Left with two hats in color schemes I had never before seen (and I’ve seen a lot of hats) and Justin hooked it up with kindness and care. Even though it’s over half hour from where I live, I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend a visit!”

“I've always wondered what styles of clothing were sold here. I was looking for some Women's Outfits for work, but I was unable to locate an item that would be suitable for me. As soon as I walked in, i saw lots of kids' sections and men's~was going to almost buy a Snoopy item, but that top was from Kids' section. I spent some time window shopping here, but the staff were very friendly and the entire store was extremely well organized. I'll have to take another second looksie here next time I'll be back to Ontario Mills Outlets, CA., for hopefully a new style I can fashion for work. Window shopping has been a form of a stress reliever for me. They displayed some Fall season items on sale under $20, but I didn't like the design, or I wasn't so much into the design of what was displayed this past trip. I still gave it a 4 star review for the friendly staff and cleanliness of the entire store. I'm impressed how well organized they were. I'll be back again soon, but I hope to find something next trip? My mom and I still spent about almost half an hour browsing around.”

“Great store with great selection says my daughter, but the issue we both found was that it was a bit cramped with narrow walkways compared to the amount of people visiting. She loved the items they had on hand though, so she wasn't too affected. All-in-all it was not a bad trip. Always be mindful of the price of going to these stores, that is another eye-catcher on my end.”
“It was my very first visit to a Carter's and it was lovely! The clothes are adorable and comparably priced. The racks were very well organized by sizes and styles and all three staff members on duty offered their assistance. I've gotta say, my favorite moment was nursing my baby on their super comfortable recliner. After being on my feet so long while shopping, it really soothed my back. Thank you.”

“Located on 4th St. Plenty of parking in front. I like to browse at different stores because not all stores get the exact same product or some sell out faster the other places. I found several merchandise here that I don't normally see at the one closer to my home, which is nice because I'll probably come back here to pick them up. It's nice checking out items without the hassle of a sale person hovering nearby.”
“Lines do get long but the employees do work as best as they can to get the line down, they are amazing at helping you find what you need and if they don’t have it in store they are nice enough to call another store near you to see if they have it.”

“I've bought almost all of my baby's clothes from carters but online. They are having a great Black Friday sale right now. I had bought a lot of items about a month ago online when there was a sale, thinking the prices couldn't be that different in another sale. I was wrong. I asked their online consumer service for price adjustment but they only allowed it within 14 days. However the return window was 90 days. Make it make sense. I ended up buying all the items (plus some extras) online and found this store to return the old order and also pick up an item that was only available for pickup in store. The manager had to help find my order but it went with a hitch. She then helped me return the order. Make sure you have the email that says your items are shipped handy. It has a barcode that well be needed. The manager was so very nice. I was honestly embarrassed to be returning such a large order but she didn't give me even an ounce of grief. I so very appreciated that. The store was very organized and well stocked. I'll definitely be back to shop in store.”
