“Decent place to shop around at. A lot of clothes are reasonably priced, however some are a little overpriced for their quality. A lot of tees are polyester or a polyester/cotton blend. The jeans are really nice looking and are great quality. The fitting rooms are only covered by a curtain, which don’t have a hook to lock it. Some of the racks are way too close to each other which gives me zero room to move around.”

“I shop at the ontario retail store and all staff are always very friendly and helpful. Today I intended to buy 2 shirts and let them know of a discrepancy of an order bout a month ago. With no hesitation they fixed the situation and problem was solved. I appreciate their honesty and the accommodation they gave me. “From the very start, these guys are fantastic. It all started with an order where I ordered a shirt size incorrectly and I needed to make an exchange. The communication was fantastic and even offered for me to come up to the store to make the exchange in person. After finding out that they were local, I was absolutely happy to go see them. Well I will say. I sure am happy that I went up to check out the place. From walking in the door they were super helpful, greeted me instantly and made me feel very welcomed. I love the vibe. I love everything they have. I even took a look at their business motto and fell in love with them even more. Even the owner of the company came out and greeted me. Customer service is over-the-top. They are the most helpful clothing shop that I have ever visited. I recommend these fine folks 120%!! I once owned a retail shop and these people are exactly what I would expect to be the best. She was very friendly and super helpful going above and beyond to find some items for me, she was super nice and a great asset to the store. Same goes for a young gentlemen whom I did not get his name. He had thick black hair, I believe I was curly as well. He offered me a bag for my items and at the time I didn't think I needed it, however he saw me again and offered once again. I needed it the second time haha. Great choice of employees very professional.”

From belts/buckles to wallets, from hats to sunglasses, from shirts to jackets/hoodies, from shorts to pants, and from shoes to scrubs. With name brands like Dickies, Ben Davis, Levi's, FB County, Shaka, and Pro Club. Plain clothing to some cool design shirts.
My family and I have been going here for well over 15 years. Gladly will always return.”

“I love love love ross so much because of one thing. Their skincare/perfume section. They have such such good stuff for so cheap. Occasionally you can find really cute clothes there too!! Today I got this Nicki Minaj perfume that smells so freaking good for only 8 dollars. Love it!!”

“It's just not my style~I don't get the hype, but I did find their Winter scarves at a reasonable pricing, $39.99....must have been from $49.99 down. I didn't need a new scarf so didn't go for it. But if I do need one in the future, I'll most likely buy the Christmas looking one as shown below. But the store was very organized, spacious and clean. I would return again for their Winter scarf if it's still on sale!!!!”
“Okay, I know people who raves about ROSS. They have good to great bargains and the stuff (inventory) is acceptable. But, tell me this, why do people have to throw things on the floor instead of placing (Operative word "place") the item back on the shelf? Yeah, I know how working out is difficult for some people but put the item back how you found it. This is the problem with discounted stores. Other than that, everything else is good.”

“This Ross is always well stocked up with great name brands and clothing that is in great condition. You can sometimes find clothes that might be slightly damaged like a beautiful dress I found with a broken strap but it's at an amazing price and an easy fix. Their dressing rooms are very clean and have great body mirrors.”
