“I am beyond pleased with my purchase and Mac Star’s customer service!!
I ordered an iPad and Apple pen online and at first was weary of ordering it however I needed to use a payment plan. I got a text notifying that I needed to share my ID- being it was the end of 2025 I just knew I was being scammed as it came from a random number and some guy named Michael.
Fearful at first, I tried to cancel my order noting I was going to need to change the order to a higher storage count. Michael eased every worry I had and made the change for me without needing to cancel and got my order shipped out that same day.
Magically it got from California to my door in GA in two days (mind you I ordered this LATE 12/30; 12/31 I verified myself 1/2 it was at my door). I opened the expertly packed FedEx box and my iPad and pen was packed to perfection. FedEx could have threw it and nothing would have happened to the contents.
I did have one issue, the pen would not charge. After chatting again with Michael 1/2 sending videos/photos he immediately had a replacement pen sent and it was at my door 1/4!! I mean what in the customer service?!?! ?
As a paying customer I appreciated everything done to assure I was happy with my purchase, as a supervisor over a customer service team myself- I was BLOWN AWAY! No matter where you live I 100% recommend ordering your electronics from here! I’ll be back to order my Cannon camera soon ?”

“It's Best Buy. I found deals, but I'm familiar with the store. If I would have needed help in finding something there was none. Maybe a lot focused more on security, idk, but I got a chance to roam the floor and find other deals that I wasn't shopping for with no interference.”

“If you need a new TV or need help with Sony electronics, do yourself a favor and go to this store and ask for Jimmy. He is seriously one of the kindest and most helpful employees I have ever met. Usually employees tend to push their products too hard and/or push memberships of some sort on me (which makes me look for the closest door to escape) but Jimmy simply answers every question and is genuinely enthusiastic about the products he is selling (Sony TV is the product in question). My TV is getting older and I am looking to replace it with a nicer one. I don’t live anywhere near Riverside, but I plan to go all the way back to this specific store and look for Jimmy when I’m ready to replace it because he is the perfect employee to help me. I can’t tell you how kind, supportive, and non-pushy he was. His love for Sony products really shines through in the way he spoke…and now I am sold on them!! I know what TV I’m getting next and I will be back for any electronic purchase I need from now on…to this specific store and to this specific employee. It is rare for me to find someone so positive, caring, warm, and helpful. Thank you Jimmy for everything, I hope to be there soon for a new TV, amongst other things!”

“My family recently bought a CAM100 to monitor our home. We live next to a halfway house, and there's no problem with that but some of the people living there have trespassed on our property or threw fireworks in our yard. We have looked into multiple different security cameras and a lot were really expensive but finally we found the CAM100 which gives us everything we needed. Customer service was great in helping us set it up. We feel a lot safer now.”

Tons of great deals on Best Buy returns, most open box which means people unpacked the product and then realized it was not what they thought they had bought. If you're looking for electronics or appliances and want a good deal but aren't sure what would fit your needs, this is where you want to go.”

“I went into this computer store in hope to find a gaming pc for my son, not only was i pleased with customer service I received upon entering the door.
