Details: I ordered a printer and a few miscelaneous items on the app. I got text updates as my order was fulfilled and ready. Inside the store I had a great pickup experience! As I browsed around, I noticed the store was pretty busy, but the staff were all working hard and handling the departments well.
Standout: The employee in Geeksquad was awesome! He helped me find a screen protector, installed it on the phone, and had me out of the store in just a few minutes. I did not note his name but it was 06/26/24 at 19:25 (7:25 PM)

“My family recently bought a CAM100 to monitor our home. We live next to a halfway house, and there's no problem with that but some of the people living there have trespassed on our property or threw fireworks in our yard. We have looked into multiple different security cameras and a lot were really expensive but finally we found the CAM100 which gives us everything we needed. Customer service was great in helping us set it up. We feel a lot safer now.”
“Switched to ASRock motherboards a few years back and they have treated us well. Recently had our first hiccup - a dead memory channel on an X670E Steel Legend board. It had been purchased last Thanksgiving, so it was well within the three year warranty. We opened a case with tech support and did some basic troubleshooting to rule out the memory, CPU, and other peripheral hardware. This debug did indicate the motherboard was at fault. We registered for an RMA through their system and followed the instructions. The process took ~2 weeks until we received a replacement board, which is now running well. All of the original hardware is installed and dual channel memory is operating as desired. The customer service team was both helpful and responsive. Thankful for the support and assistance received from them.”

I ordered an iPad and Apple pen online and at first was weary of ordering it however I needed to use a payment plan. I got a text notifying that I needed to share my ID- being it was the end of 2025 I just knew I was being scammed as it came from a random number and some guy named Michael.
Fearful at first, I tried to cancel my order noting I was going to need to change the order to a higher storage count. Michael eased every worry I had and made the change for me without needing to cancel and got my order shipped out that same day.
Magically it got from California to my door in GA in two days (mind you I ordered this LATE 12/30; 12/31 I verified myself 1/2 it was at my door). I opened the expertly packed FedEx box and my iPad and pen was packed to perfection. FedEx could have threw it and nothing would have happened to the contents.
I did have one issue, the pen would not charge. After chatting again with Michael 1/2 sending videos/photos he immediately had a replacement pen sent and it was at my door 1/4!! I mean what in the customer service?!?! ?
As a paying customer I appreciated everything done to assure I was happy with my purchase, as a supervisor over a customer service team myself- I was BLOWN AWAY! No matter where you live I 100% recommend ordering your electronics from here! I’ll be back to order my Cannon camera soon ?”
