“They are not seeing sick people... I have a negative covid-19 test, and need to be tested for strep, but I was told they are not seeing any upper respiratory. Since when do doctors not see sick people?

I wrote this review after almost a week of having had a nasty infection, dealing with exhaustion and lack of appetite. I called into the main line, and was told by the front desk I would have to be seen by phone because they are seeing no one with upper respiratory symptoms. The prospect of being forced to go to an urgent care center when I just tested negative for covid felt unfair and intimidating. I initially gave 1 star after the original call with the appt clerk and resulting disappointment.

That was premature. Dr Singh called me back promptly, and went through my symptoms. Apparently they deal with quite a few elderly patients, which made more sense. He put in for bloodwork as well as a prescription. I felt he did his due diligence. Revised the review as a result.

Made my husband an appointment today for a possible broken rib/muscle strain. Unfortunately, Rancho Wellness was unable to do much, we got one referral for an xray and another for blood work. After driving to Grove Diagnostic in Rancho per the instructions given to us, we were told by the location that they decided not to take walk ins any longer. Their website has not been updated yet. And their first appointment was for almost 3 weeks out... for an xray. Tried calling the 800 number. We had to wait on hold for 15 minutes to try to see what else was available but got tired and hung up. This is not including the time it will take to get blood drawn at yet another location. I realize this is not the fault of Rancho Wellness. Personally, I've never had an issue with the staff, I like PA Santa Cruz, she's been very helpful. But I do want to share my experience because if you need a quick in and out without different stops, this might not be the place for you.

3rd update

Well I stuck with it and I'm glad I did. Until the past year, I never needed to be seen but within the past year, I have been seen multiple times. The wait times are never long, and Heidi is a gem. She is amazing. She is kind, takes my concerns seriously and listens without judgement. The staff is helpful and referrals are done quickly. I have changed my review to 5 stars to reflect the qualify of the care.”

She is very thorough in her pre examination asking you in detail to your health complaints , her prognosis is amazing , show’s professional concern towards your health . Also, the staff being kind and caring matters a lot due to some mental disorders I have. The staff and doctors at Chino Family Medical Group are beyond outstanding. They have always been so kind, this is the one doctors office I have been in my life where I absolutely am so thankful for the awesome doctors! They really take their time to talk to you and hear what’s going on. They answer a million questions I may have and unlike even the hospitals, they thoroughly examine you and do all tests you may need. The ladies that I have interacted with there (including doctors) are out of this world. “I have been going to Dr Domingo for a little over 3 years now... This clinic is a walk in. Personally, this works for me. I don't have to wait 2 to 4 weeks to go in for an appointment or wait over an hour when I have a scheduled appointment to be seen. My personal experience at previous clinics have been long. Once they put you in a room you still have to wait over 30 minutes on top of the hour you already waited in the lobby to be seen by a doctor. Overall my experience at Dr. Domingo's office has been okay. I do agree with the other reviews regarding how fast the doctor sees you and listens to your health concerns. He literally takes less that 5 minutes, enough for you to tell him your symptoms or concerns and he walks out and gives you the medication or referral that he feels that you need. You are done in less that 30 minutes including your wait unless there is more patients ahead of you. If you are looking for a clinic where you don't have to wait long this would be the clinic to go too...”

“I was referred to this group of physicians by an employee from Radnet Imaging Riverside. And I'm so lucky she did that for me. The team here at Riverside Family Physicians Medical Group are by far the kindest, most professional and experienced and trustworthy doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They are what doctors should be. Since I've moved to the inland area I've been needing an intelligent doctor. And I finally found them. This office also has a Palliative program which helps me, since my breast cancer diagnosis. They can send a nurse or medical assistant to visit patients at home. I can also reach them by texting or sending a message - and someone always answers. It doesn't take long for a response to reach a doctor or nurse. This doctors group has 2 offices and many different doctors. I've even been able to have a virtual appointment, which is even better. That's on my home computer. Everyone already knows how compassionate and thorough all the employees are here.”
