“Great experience. Hi five to the sales person. I was greeted and I advised we were going to look around first. She left us alone until we looked for her. Once we chose everything we wanted, it was a quick transaction and easy the whole way.”
“What a fun and unique experience! This is a truly interactive experience and my two young daughters were able to share the experience and together made a fun skull candle. From picking smells to the color- this is wonderful and personal. Fun surprise at the end was finding out the container could be a cup afterwards with a lid & straw. Definitely can’t wait to go back. Heads up- grab a beverage and enjoy it while you are here making your candle. Needs to cool for 30 minutes before you can take it home. So order food afterwards.”
“I have to admit I was surprised when I saw this store still open and was genuinely greeted by Gabe, who was very helpful and not pushy as most furniture salespeople are. He allowed us time to look and feel the new products on the sales floor. We already have a sleeper sofa we purchased during the COVID lockdown and was surprised how well it held up to two active kids using it as their trampoline and parkour activities in our small living room (please don’t try this at home).
We were able to get another great deal on a simple sofa before Black Friday and can’t wait to see it delivered before Christmas. We will be back for a New Year refresh. Updates to come from how delivery went.”

“We very much enjoy our JNH sauna. It has served us well for just over two years. Recently we were upset because the chromotherapy bulb that we purchased for our sauna went on the fritz. We felt that a sophisticated lightbulb should last for more than two years. When we contacted JNH, our call was answered by a very pleasant woman (April) who said that she was very sorry, but our chromotherapy bulb was just beyond its warranty. We were quite disappointed, until our phone rang just about two hours later. April did some advocating on our behalf and called with the news that JNH was prepared to stand behind their product and replace the broken bulb. Our disappointment was replaced by the comfort of knowing that JNH is the company we knew they were. A company of quality products and integrity at its core. BRAVO JNH! Thank you!”

“I love the variety of items they sale. I love going for special items that I want to gift. It is a bit pricey so that's why it's 4 for and not a 5. I do like to go by their clearance section when I visit because sometimes they have very good pricing on the items they want to clear out. Also, love when they have decorations at discounted prices or clearance. They recently had 50% of Easter items so I bought a few and 90% off St. Patrick's Day decorations. If you have space or have very good organization skills it's nice to get items at these prices. I will definitely go back for the clearance items or for special gifting ideas. I'm glad this store exists as an option.”

“There is no other store like this at this mall. The selection is very interesting, and there is so much to see. Me and my kids love visiting, even if we don't always make a purchase (because it's a little pricey). The people who work here are always welcoming, and not in the forced "Welcome in" way you hear just about anywhere else. The clothing in particular is really cool and feels like nice quality. Tonight we came in to do some pre-Black Friday browsing (so I could see what my kids liked) and we had another really fun time checking out the whole store. I saw some jewelry, glasses, and journals that I really liked.”

“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”

“We were looking just because, and my daughter fell in love with a wreath that she wanted for her dining room. It was priced at $40 so I said let's check the price at Michaels, so we did. Michaels was clearing their spring collection at 40% & a similar looking wreath was $60, but she didn't like it as well as the one in Kirkland's. So we went back and she spun for the coupon and got 25% off. However, when she went to pay for it.. it turned out it was on sale for only $24. Win win”
“Hubby and I purchased several pieces of furniture from this store in November of 2023 and are thoroughly happy with each of them. I appreciate that they sell both new and second-hand pieces (we bought both). We worked with Juan, who was pleasant and highly informative and knowledgeable. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. Sometimes, items are placed in a different section. You may have a wait in line depending on how busy they are. But if they are very busy, they will call additional cashiers, and they try to have the line flow quicker. I would even suggest checking out their food items, such as candies, spices, and other unique items”
