We purchased a custom fabric queen sleeper sofa last week and are anxiously awaiting delivery. A month is not too long to wait for delivery of our sofa. Longtime customer and I prefer the onsite in store experience. However the customer service level has gone way down at this location. And there's not much of a diverse group of employees here. Recommend buying online. Wouldn't waste time going into this location.
